1st time coming here and did not get the vehicle I wanted because the dealership needed to add an additional items such as windshield protection, window tint, wheel locks, extended warranty and Weathertech mats which I did not need for my vehicle. At the end they said they needed the warrant and Weathertech mats kept due to the difficulties they are currently dealing in selling vehicle. I told them I didn't need the mats because my wife wouldn't like them but some how they felt I needed these additions. People are friendly but I wasn't happy being told what I needed to get when I didn't need the items.

Not happy with making an appointment (warranty service) and only getting a tire rotation (no oil change because mileage was not enough). I had to have the service completed because my warranty was about to expire. I arrived at 10 to 15 minutes ahead of appointment time, was told I would not get the oil change and waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to have tires rotated. After 2 hours when I checked with the service advisor about my car, she said she did not see it and thought they were done, but would go check. She came back and told me they had not started yet. When you schedule an appointment for a specific time, you expect your service to take place in a reasonable amount of time. This was not the case again.

I had a good experience beforehand of setting up the appointments and test driving. It was done in a timely fashion and with much attention. Once I bought the vehicle I noticed a noise with the brakes. When messaging the associate I felt dismissed and told it was “brakes settling in”. When going with my parents was when they took me seriously and replaced the issue because they had put aftermarket brakes on the car. I felt kind of tricked as they put it off as settling in but once it was taken in for service the noise went away because they put genuine brakes after I said I’d return the car. This put a damper on my car buying experience and definitely wouldn’t make me want to go back.

I hate talking on the phone so I loved that I was able to make an appointment online with this location! Came to get the hybrid system in my Prius updated since there was a recall on it and the estimate time was 2-3 hours and it was done in 2! They took my car right away and brought it to me within minutes when it was ready. They don’t do car washes but they do have a free car wash deal with a local business and it was great! Would come back for all my Prius needs

I purchased a 2014 Prius in 2017. The service at Cerritos Toyota has always been fantastic. They are friendly and really know their stuff. Fast forward to today. I recently changed careers and traded my 70 mile commute for a remote gig making my Prius no longer necessary. Every so often I have received invites to have them buy it back. I finally decided to see what they would offer. I did my homework beforehand and honestly expected an offer way below. 10 minutes after I got there Gregory made me an amazing and very reasonable offer. Very low pressure, no hard sell to trade up. Needless to say I took the deal. I may not have a Toyota at the moment, but I'm a customer for life!

I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport that was highly optioned. I like the no haggle price because I don’t have to negotiate the price. You either like the price or move on. The signing was painless and quick. I gave it 1 stars because they only had 1 key; the truck has push button start. I was told that they would order another key and send it to me. I could program it myself or drive 4 hours back to have them do it. I’m not sure why they did not realize that they had only one key. They knew I was purchasing the vehicle a week in advance. Another reason for the 1 star rating was because the rear passenger seat was missing a headrest. I did not realize this until I got home the next day. I emailed the managers and was told that the headrest was present when they took pictures of the truck to post it on the internet. They then sent me a picture of the back seat to prove it. Of course it was there. I told them that the headrest disappeared between the time they took the picture and the time I picked up the truck. They stated that they would get back to me. It’s been 48 hours so far and no communication from the managers. If the issues are resolved, I will change my rating.

The dealer is very fair. I bought a corolla through presale. The only comment or complaint I have was the amount of time spent in doing the paperwork. Since I filled out all the paperwork previous to pick up of the car, I thought it would be in and out. It took over two hours to complete all the paperwork. I really wish they can streamline the process and ask for the information beforehand so that it will be a better experience.

Bought 2 cars over 100 000 dollars. Truck has a bad windshield and rain got inside totally loss of new truck. They say I did that lol . This is a cpo 2020 tacoma. Next another car a mustang 4 months ago and they refused to give me my license plates and hang up on me every time. So now I have two vehicles I can't drive . Is is possible to give ZERO stars? I sent a message over chat to double check if a used car was available, because online it said PENDING SALE. Got an email the next morning (Monday) from someone named Joshua Lewis saying good that the car was available. The email asked if I wanted the car "set aside" to come see it (Idk why dealerships use this language because there's no such thing). I told them any weekday evening was fine. The guy suggested Thursday or Friday, because the car wouldn't be finished with "reconditioning" until then. He set an appointment in their calendar system, which I accepted. I called AutoNation this afternoon (Tuesday) to find out about coming today and I was told by another associate that the car was sold. I don't know they just couldn't have been honest (the brand of vehicle is heavily overproduced and there are thousands of them at reasonable prices all over the country; I will easily find another). The fact that this salesman chose not to be forthcoming about the status of the vehicle AND that he didn't reach out to let me know the car was sold or respond to ANY of my messages gives me an inky feeling about this place. I hate lying through omission. THANK GOODNESS that I didn't waste my time driving from West Hollywood down to Cerritos. I was planning to put down at least half in cash on the car. I will be taking my money to more reputable and more trustworthy place! Update: The number of people that continue to view and like this review illustrates to me that CLEARLY I made the right decision to shop elsewhere :)

Being one of the bigger dealerships I have always looked at used cars here. I have purchased three pre-owned vehicles from here for myself and my family so far. The last was a 2010 Toyota Highlander. Two or three days later I noticed it was leaking. Lucky for me this dealership is one of the better ones and they immediately decided they would attempt to fix it or I can simply pick out another car, which I did. We ended up getting a 2016 Honda Pilot and it seems much better, has minor electrical issues, but nothing that can not get fixed easily and cheap. If you are looking for a used car I would definitely trust AutoNation. Buying experience with the salesperson was simple, really no hassle at all. Make sure to look at what they are selling you though. If you don't read the fine print you might end up paying for $1000 window tint and $1000 mats. I have to add more to my above post. I've been driving the Pilot for not even a month and a check engine light came out. I took it to a mechanic and they ran the computer to check the codes. Turns out there were two codes. Both were for an engine misfire and what surprised me was that the mechanic said the code has been there for a while now. He said they simply reset it last time. Meaning that the dealership most likely didn't fix the issue and attempted to hide it. I know the car is "Sold As Is", but I did try to reach out to the salesperson that helped me buy the car and he said he would ask to see what they can do about it. I really have trusted and would've recommended (and have recommended) family and friends here, but depending on if they fix the issue or not I will have different feedback.

My sales person Josh was really good , very professional, didn’t feel like he was trying to upswell me or get me to do what he wanted . The finance manager didn’t follow the process I requested which was to use my preapproval and not submit an application through them , which caused me to lose benefits from my credit union . I was Also called and told my bank didn’t pay them and text to return my car when my bank actually paid them. On top of that my brakes began to squeak 3 days after leaving the lot .

When the car came in, my contact wanted me to come in right away, but I'm over 100 miles away and needed to prepare. So, I'm ready to come in to dealer, but then I'm told car needs software update that will require a day or 2. When I get there car still isn't ready. You can't even get a cup of coffee out of the dealer while you wait. But it finally came out nice & shiny. Take one star off the rating for not knowing the Supra needs a S/W update.

We went in to look and purchase a vehicle that was being prepped to sell. We were told that it would be ready on Tuesday at 2pm. It was not. We did end up looking at 3 other cars and ended up purchasing a more expensive one. No haggle, but some negotiations. Sales and finance were friendly. I put a down payment, left with a folder and was to pick up the car the next day. I got home and did not have the total price paid of the car!! I went back the next day to pick up the car and another set of paperwork. Planning to go back to have the car detailed, dents taking out and a new key.

I have to give this place a 1 star review, due to the many attempts to try and speak with the GM or my finance representative or his finance manager, which all are not available and my voice message left has not been returned. I don't know how this dealership have customer service trophies if I can't even get 1 return call back and it has been months.

A general inspection just includes an oil change and visually inspecting the vehicle without topping off other vehicle liquids. They scalp you here by only completely cleaning out the systems and charging you more for it. All I asked for was a general inspection but had to wait another 10 minutes, as the person helping me typed in tons of other stuff, before my car was even inspected, yet. To change out all your vehicle liquids, rotating tires, and cleaning filters, it would cost over $1,700. I bought my vehicle here back in 2014, but I won’t be going back, except for maybe an oil change. They’re taking advantage of the rise in prices more than they should, as far as I’m concerned. I plan on taking classes to service my own vehicle, since it would cost me only $250 to learn to service my vehicle, myself.

As you are now aware, I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4-Prime XSE almost exactly one year ago. I had such a good experience purchasing that car, I came back to your dealership last week to purchase a 2022 RAV4-Prime XSE from the same salesman. I was having some problems with sensors that didn’t seem to be working. I wrote an email to your service department and Michelle called me this morning. After inspecting my car, I realized I did not have the sensors. I then wrote to you and Nicholas and told you how disappointed we were and what could be done. Less than 30 minutes after I wrote the email, you had directed your General Sales Manager, James, to call me. The first thing he said was that if I was unhappy with the car purchase, he would take the car back. He then went on to explain that what I was looking for was the Premium Package and listed all the things in it and told me the cost of the package. He further said that all the RAV4 Primes coming in were spoken for and none had the Premium Package, but he would be glad to put me on a waiting list for one. He gave me all day to make up our minds if we wanted to return the car. Speaking with my wife during the day, we had several questions come up. I called James back several times and he answered my questions very patiently. About 6PM I called him again and said that we would like to come up to talk with him in person to get further clarification on a couple of the technical items. He said he would have Albert Barraza assist us. We met Albert at 7:30 and he spent almost an hour with us answering our questions, sitting in our car with us and going through and adjusting all the technical areas we had questions on. He was fantastic! He certainly assisted us in our decision to keep the car. Another person that needs to be recognized is the Credit Manager, Aaron, who assisted us in closing our deal. He was the best Credit Manager we have ever dealt with. Lastly, Albert had Mariano Miranda correct the error of someone installing two paper plates in the back of our car and no paper plates in the front. No haggle is spectacular. The car buying process still took longer than I think it should (3hours) as I came with my own financing, but it was overall a great experience. I had a few little things that needed handled after purchase and they were right on it! I figured I’d have to hound them and be a PIA to get them to take care of the things I wanted and they hopped to it. Very impressed.

Since the beginning when I first purchased my car, I've had a bad experience with AutoNation Cerritos. For this maintenance, it took 11 days to get my car back after it's maintenance. I purchased Toyota Care plus the extended AutoNation warranty when I first purchased my car. When I took it in to check for a sound it had been making since I purchased the vehicle, they told me that the warranty was not saved under my name but the previous owner's name. They also warned me that the warranty might not cover the possible transmission problems. It was supposed to be given to me by the 3rd day, but then I had to wait for the part to arrive. My service provider didn't call me to give me updates, I always had to call him and leave a message. He finally told me that the warranty issue was worked out, but there was still an issue with covering the taxes, which led to another delay. After it was all worked out, I finally got my car back. I hope that my car doesn't have any more issues in the future so that I don't have to deal with a situation like this again.

I was looking for a hybrid but I was convinced by Calvin on a new 2022 highlander since all hybrids are hard to find at the moment. I’m glad we went with this decision and love the new car. Toyota care and all those goodies, thank you so much for a great experience. The whole process took about three hours but that’s only because it was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and I needed to call my bank for permission on a charge and also getting new insurance policy. I was informed on the phone that the appointment for my regular maintenance would take two hours. Upon arriving to the appointment on the scheduled time, the customer service rep, Yumi, asked me if I would be waiting for the car. I let her know that my girlfriend and I would be going to breakfast and that we'll be in the area. Yumi said that she'll call me in three hours. I told her that I was informed that the appointment would be only two hours and she told me that they were "very busy," despite me having an appointment. Fortunately, she called me in a little over two hours and the car runs well.

Normally I would give them a 5 based the many years of service, however, the tech inaccurately diagnosed or did not know how to use the test equipment regarding my battery. On 4/1/22, I went in for an oil change and to have the serpentine belt replaced on my 2012 Camry, however, in doing so, I was informed that my battery was no longer accepting a charge and needed to be replaced immediately. Because it was fine when I drove in, I declined replacing it. On 4/11/22, AAA checked the battery and the charging system. All good: Alternator charging at 14 volts and the amphrs was 533 instead of 585. Sad to say, but be aware of what additional work the tech recommends.

He gave us ZERO information on the car and its features, and after we decided to buy it he was constantly nowhere to be found. Post sale support was adequate at best, but it wasn't remarkable in any way. Overall, I'd say my overall impression was not terrible, but certainly not great either.

Dropped off my Yukon XL around 8am waited about 15 minutes before the 1of 2 people that handle cars that are not Toyota's service personnel Michelle was great and very courtesy. I originally Dropped my Yukon because of a insulation problem, after purchasing my Suv from AutoNation Price Ford in Valencia CA. Driving home at freeway speed i keep hearing air hissing Driving at highway speed tried calling texting emailing AutoNation Price Ford and until today i finally received a call from AutoNation Ford. Bryan Columbia, the worst sales man. Guy needs to practice his craft and read some books on selling and personal development. Tried having us apply for credit on a car my we haven't seen yet or test drove. Transitioned to the close too soon junior. After I mentioned we weren't going to buy the car blindy and didn't want to apply for credit yet he took the vehicle break down sheet and basically told us this isn't the right dealership or sales person for him then walked away. Haha crazy right? This is a guy who doesn't understand that sales is a transfer of energy and about building a relationship. He will never be able to sell people with common sense only to those willing to bend over blindy.

We buy a used vehicle in this month and everything good at the day we buy. After 15 days the finance guy call us back because the finance was not approve and he wants tha car back or we need the new contract with higher rate. I don’t know what happen here ? The guy text with us like they don’t care about customer they just care about their budget. It look like the customer service very bad. I give it for my lawer and he can’t belive they can told us like that. Last year we buy the same place but it not to bad like now. Very bad! Until now they still want to deal with the rate is double in the contract. I never want to buy anything here and I hope everyone must very careful when you do finance here. They’ll look easy the day you buy but later a lot of problem come which waste my time, my money and make me a lot of stress. I may need to talk with my lawer soon if we cannot solve the problem 😕😕😕

I have been going to this dealership since 2016 and have spent a few thousand dollars over the course of this relationship. Now I am never coming back. I called in asking for a refund for the "Interior sanitizing" service. This was included in a package for a maintenance. The rep informed me that all they do is spray the car using a machine. I thought this service was overly priced and the worst upsell in the package. I asked if I may be refunded because I believed the service is not worth $24.99. Of course she told me that there was nothing that can be done and they can spray it again if I want. Her tone was very condescending but that's not why I was irritated. She said that there is nothing that can be done and nothing SHE can do. As a customer service rep, you should have an initiative to serve the customer and be willing to refer a case to a supervisor or any higher up. She seemed delighted to deny me a refund instead of finding other options that may satisfy both I and Toyota. The least she could have done is forward me to a supervisor. I am very positive that a supervisor would have went around the policy and grant me a refund in order to keep my supported business and customer loyalty. Though the customer rep saved the dealership $24.99, she lost potentially thousands of more dollars in my continued business. So guess what, for major repairs or maintenance, I will now take my Toyota Corolla to the Honda Dealership next door. It's not about the $24.99, I let it go already. It's the principle that the customer service rep did not understand that customer loyalty is the priority in any business, especially corporate giants like Toyota. Again, she saved the dealership $24.99 but she lost by business all together.

Even though I made my appointment, and spoke with Rene Prado on the phone to confirm, and I thought he would be the one I would be dealing with, maybe it was because I was buying a used car and not a new one? I at least thought he would come out and introduce himself to me…? The financing transaction went smoothly, however, and Jesus was very personable and professional. I bought a brand new 2022 Toyota Highlander on 12/3/2021 and I got a few items on the service contract just for getting that car. Two months later on 1/18/2022 . I was thinking to cancel the service contract before I sell the vehicle. Tried to get a hold on one of the Finance Managers to help me cancel the cancelable items(5 year/75k miles maintenance). But all the internet sales transferred me again and again. So I went into the dealership to cancel those items which was calculated for $2021. Since it was a financed vehicle they refunded the money to the bank even though I put almost 30k down payment . Then I sold my car on 2/23/2022. After I sold my car, I received a check from the lender for only $1234 which was partial of the refund they sent me. I went back to the dealership to verify the amount with the finance manager Zee. He just sent me a email said it is prorated with no explanation and does not reply my email anymore.I know that all new toyotas come with 2year/25k miles complimentary toyota care maintenance. It’s been over two months going back and forth. And I finally decide to post this online. I would never go back to this dealership again. I hope the GM Kevin Nadari would see this post and solve the problem that his dealership has.

I went there the other day looking at RAV4 Prime I notice that they marked up the car 10 thousand dollars, I was talking with a sales person about that he said they could because of the demand, I told him that price gouging and that's not right, I read Ford hear some of there dealerships were doing that and were very upset about that and told there dealerships to stop that practice or they would stop sending them cars, I agree 👍 all dealerships need to stop this practice, Ford also said all need ecars that you could buy directly from the manufacturer, and that's a good thing ,im looking forward to all manufacturer give us that option I won't be buy a car from here

Bought a pre-owned Ford Fusion Hybrid this week. Very professional transaction. We originally called about a couple of trucks. Worked mostly with Sayed but also with Eferain . Great communication on appointments including via prompt texting. Patient as we looked at different types of vehicles. Love the no haggle. Btw, the trucks we reviewed were among lowest priced on Autotrader and Cars . And the Ford Fusion Hybrid was the lowest and among only ones rated on Autotrader with “great price” rating. We slept on whether we wanted the Fusion . Called next day to say we wanted. Sayed delivered my car to my office in Orange County where we completed the pre-prepared paper work. About as smooth and no bs car purchase transaction as can have. Thanks!

I have bought the last 5 of my 6 vehicles from different dealerships. Prefer large dealerships as they are usually more professional. But this dealership was absolutely disgusting in terms of professionalism and customer service. I sent my wife to inspect a vehicle since I was tied up. In the email it states you may come and reserve it. Great! My wife shows up checks it our drives it we love it! We ask to reserve it and to buy it Friday since I was at work. The deceptive sales man says ya we just need to do 30% of the paper work and finish it the next day. She starts and soon after it turns into she needs to buy it today and are pressuring her into buying right there. My wife's backs out and the salesman gets visibly upset and the manager let's all this happen infront of my wife. They were transparent from the start, I had a good experience here. Update: still haven’t received the second key to my vehicle that was promised. One of the checks I used wasn’t endorsed properly, and the guys here have not been in contact with me about not being able to cash the check that was not endorsed properly. I found out via my bank. I have tried getting ahold of someone to help me with this, and it seems to not be a serious matter on their end. It’s serious on mine. Do you not want to be paid? You have attempted to cash the check twice (March 2nd and March 16th) to no avail, and you seem to not be concerned. The lack of communication about this has rubbed me the wrong way, so I moved my 5 star rating to a 2 star rating. If the owner or freaking someone could update me that would be great.

I just had an appointment today I had a really negative experience with this dealer. The sales guy had 6 months old on the job I waited for too long for a answer. I had a good down payment for the vehicle that I wanted. The new sales guy just didn't wanted to work either on the price of the vehicle or the intrest of the vehicle. I really don't recommend this dealer. They sell you what they want Not what you want, after I showed the sales guy that the same car two years ago was almost 3k less with less mileage. He still didn't show any interest on the customer. Be aware of alejandro Rodriguez not to bright. What I wanted was a Ford fusion hybrid 2019 with 75600 miles. The only way you qualify to a indoor finance is if you have more than 700 credit score that was what I was told. Other than that I will never think of buying a car on Autonation of Toyota.

I was going to purchase a 2022 Toyota from one of the dealers by the name of Sang Ngo I test drove the car at around 1 pm, okay went inside talking back and fourth and about payment how much to out Down etc going back and fourth about a hour we finally cut a deal, I signed the paper work everything's good to go. Sang comes back and he tells me that there is bad news. He tells me after I already gave my social security number my drivers licence wasted hours talking about the car that they already sold it 4 minutes before I signed my contract. I'm upset I wasted 3 hours I ask to speak to the manager by the name of Victoria Bayer she's unapologetic, she said how do you want me to tell them that I can't sell the car to them, but she had no remorse or problem telling it to me I was there since 1 pm NO ONE ELSE test drove the car or anything because the keys were in front of me the whole time. Victoria told me that she got alot more for it and laughed. If you do not want to not waste hours of your time and get disappointed and looked down upon don't go hear. They will waste your time and sell to the highest bidder reguardless if your in processing of signing contracts or not seems like an auction not a dealer. This place is a joke. Don't come hear ! I forgot to add that if your planning on purchasing a vehicle and if there is someone else who is looking at the car be prepared for them to deny you sale and sale to someone else who's willing to pay more then markup, Maybe if you can avoid Victoria it would be okay. Sang is not the problem in anyway shape or form it was Victoria the manager she is horrible.

Brought my car in and had the battery checked. As I head to work the next day, my power steering and power breaking went out while I was in the freeway, and my dashboard starts flashing "Charging System Malfunction". I call these clowns, who insist that they did not touch my battery (thank God they're shielded from any liability -_-). AAA shows up and informs me that the battery is completely dead due to a bad terminal connection. So, these guys checked my car, broke it in the process in a way that could have been fatal to me, and refuses to do anything about it. Avoid; there are a thousand mechanics around who will be more reliable and honest with you, even if their oil isn't certified.

Not a fan of this dealership at all. Nothing but problems and headaches.. I had to go through Toyota motor corporation 7 separate phone calls and get multiple managers to get their finance manager Jordan to call me back because I had problems with my license plates and registration. He called me back once and said he would get back to me same business day and never heard back from him for over 3 weeks. After numerous calls if came down to his dishonesty saying he called me back which he didn’t. He even left a sarcastic voice mail saying he returned my call which never happened. Also when I bought my truck that I paid in full for they left scratches all over the bed and cracked the tail light when they stored the truck and didn’t even tell me about it. They put red tape over it to try and hide it. If I didn’t see it upon inspection when picking up my truck they would have kept it from me. It took a month to get that part in for them to “make it right”. They didn’t address the scratches all over my bed. I just have to deal with that but my tail light was replaced. No apologies whatsoever from this dealership. Also they just made my first repair appointment without consulting me on time and or date. I think that’s highly rude to do. You consult with a customer first. Who do you think you are arranging my schedule for me? This dealer does high handed tactics and I will never go there again unless it’s because it’s warranties repairs. I will do general maintenance at another dealership. Not at this place. This dealership has bad reviews and I see why. Very unprofessional. They didn’t even wash my truck after it was there for over 2 hours being worked on. You’d think they would clean the truck, especially since it’s there for a dealer mistake. I’ve seen my sister take her truck elsewhere for an oil change and they will detail her truck. This place nope, nada, zilch. Zero customer service and or relations.

Only thing I didn’t like that 10 days after I purchased my car detailed pointed out that the car has been previously painted and had lots of imperfections that I missed. Last Feb.5,2022, I bought a RAV 4 XLE Premium 2022. We finished signing in all papers work at almost 8 pm. Two days after at early morning a dash board notification popped up saying malfunction headlights system, pre collision system malfunction, LTA malfunction. I went to Toyota service center and the the lady service advisor told me that they cannot repair something that is not showing on the dash board at that time even though I showed a pictures of the notification on my phone. She advised to leave the car over the weekend or come back when the malfunction signs appear again. In which I did the next day. Pedro another service advisor assisted me and told me that it was the camera and sensor that is not getting enough voltage and it will take a week or so for replacement. To make the story short I am driving a stinking loaner car a RAV 4 with 8000 miles with a 1/4 gas for 2 weeks with no guaranty when the parts will be arriving. This makes me wonder how the quality of Toyota became so vulnerable to this lack of human attention to details and quality controls. I spoke to a Service Manager, to check what options are available and was advised that only used car are allowed for exchange and even blamed me for the malfunction of the car. Toyota please don’t let your quality go down the drain. I hope your executive can have this same issues so you can pay attention to all details. Also I recommend double checking before buying new a car at Cerritos Toyota I felt so cheated on the safety of the vehicle and compromise the the safety of my family. Not a good place to buy a car! What do you think is the best compromise to regain my confidence with AutoNation Toyota Cerritos?

My Husband bought a used car from here on January 25th, 2022 and yes we understood that it was a used car. We were told that it was fully inspected by a Mechanic there on site and there was no problems with the car,within 3 days of driving it off the lot and less than 50 miles,the check engine light came on and My Husband called Cristian Diaz,The sales Rep who sold us the car and told him about the problem,he told him to bring the car in and they will have the Mechanic check it out. So he did and not only Cristian but the Mechanic came out and spoke to my husband and said that they were able to take the light off but if it happens again then it's his Catalytic Converter and that my husband can buy it at a Junkyard if it happens again the check engine light comes on. So this was on a Saturday morning January 28th, 2022 and by Tuesday morning the check engine light came on again and my Husband and I both reached out to Cristian and told him what is going on and my Husband actually called him and his answer was" Well you bought a used car and you can buy the Catalytic Converter at a Junk yard for a few hundred dollars. " My husband told him I'm paying more than $7,000 for a Car that was not in Good condition when it was sold to me,You lied about it and why do I have to pay up to $1,600 for a Catalytic Converter,That should of been fine in the first place. We asked to speak to a Manager with No response,My Son reached out to Cristian also and he gave my son the run around as of today 2/9/2022 We have not heard or had a text message or Phone call from Anyone at this dealership to resolve this problem. There is in California a Law Called "The Lemon Law." Be very Careful of this place,They are not Trust Worthy.

My son called and left a message for the General Manager, Kevin, to call us back, but he never did. I just want my vehicle fixed with no money out of my pocket and to make sure that it gets a full inspection so I know that there are no other issues. I'm paying almost $7,000 for a vehicle that I only had for 2 weeks and am being told I need to pay for repairs when I took it back within 3 days!?! I am beyond frustrated with Autonation Toyota Cerritos and want them to do the right thing and fix my car! Let's see if someone actually takes responsibility and calls me to resolve this matter.

The service department is really good. I have had two different service managers over the last dozen or so years and both have been really good. They understand what cars need when you mention a problem and get if fixed. They tell me how long the service should take and are pretty close in thier estimates. I have had NO service complaints with Cerritos Toyota.

So back in may, after looking for the car i wanted for a couple months, one finally popped up at this particular dealership. We were unfamiliar with the “haggle free” process but nonetheless we still got the vehicle for what i believe still was a good price. Walking in everything was fine, i was promised my car would be waiting for me to test drive but when i arrived it was parked in the lot between two cars still dirty, no big deal, they got it out for my test drive right away. We met with the initial sales women, Samila, who walked me and my father to her desk, and she was honestly the best part of the experience. Super kind, super helpful, and made sure everything was transparent to me. We got everything squared away with her and we were introduced to the finance women who i believes name was Kristen, hard to miss her since she stated she was the only female who worked in finance at the time i went to get my vehicle. I let her know i was already PRE APPROVED through my credit union with most likely a better rate than she could offer me at 1.7%. She stated she was going to see if she could get me a better rate with one of their lenders to which i objected. No big deal. We went into her office and started the paperwork process, she then offered us all the ins and out of vehicle protection and so forth, but being pre approved for a certain amount i could not go over my loan and she said she understood she had a “special package” for me with reduced prices on what she thought i might want, which is completely fine, i understand it’s her job to add protection as they sell cars and she might get commission, who knows. No big deal. Now she was nice, until i rejected her proposals. I told her i only wanted GAP but she stated i could not get GAP coverage unless i also got Theft coverage totaling out to over $2000 dollars more on my loan. I rejected her proposal. This is when things went completely bad. Her entire mood changed and THEN all she wanted to do is get the paperwork done once she knew she didn’t have a sale with us. She became rude and standoffish, no more cool conversations, no more smiles. Whatever, i just wanted the car. So we left the dealership finally. Mind you being pre approved i should have been in and out in a couple hours maximum. It was almost 6 hours before i finally got out of their. It did not end here. The following day i turned in my paperwork to my credit union, since i was going through them they would take care of everything after that for me, great. 2 days after i turned in the paperwork i get a call from a random number while I’m at work. It’s Kristen the finance women, she called to let me know they still hadn’t got the check for the car from my credit union and THREATENED me in the nastiest attitude voice that if she didn’t get the check by the next day i would have to go under their rate and their lender or turn the car in. Mind you my credit union let me know they were one day shipping the check. I immediately called the union and let them know the situation, they let me know the check was DELIVERED the previous day and sent me an email with the delivery transcript stating it was dropped off with the person at front desk. I contacted the dealership again and asked for kristen since she wasn’t answering from the number she called from and they let me know she WASNT EVEN IN that day, so she called me to threaten me on her day off???? The next day i was contacted by another finance team member and i turned them to my credit union and they got it squared away. Turns out who ever got the check that day DIDNT turn it in to their head finance advisor or who ever is in charge and they magically found it on his desk in a pile of papers a few hours later. Thanks for the stress. I feel i was threatened and harassed by a member of this dealerships team just because i opted not to cover my car through them. Kristen also “Shotgunned” my credit, running it through 6 or 7 different lenders, ruining my credit with each inquiry she made even though i told her i was PRE APPROVED and didn’t want to go through their lenders. Unprofessional. Calling me on her day off? To make threats? ALSO, i got GAP including theft through my credit union for ONLY $375. Whatever the case me be with her, i will not ever be recommending this dealership due to the later half of my experience. Came in to check a noise in the rear suspension, could not duplicate, were their last words. They did a 5 month period maintenance/tune-up, but not sure if what they wrote is what they did. They did not top of the fluids, and worse, the oil was at the bottom of the dipstick. Had to fill to the correct amount. Never said or explain what was done.

I went in for a scheduled oil change and 10,000 mile check. I waited for my vehicle and it was finished within the time frame given. The price for services was given prior to work and was appropriate per the initial contract. All service employees were above satisfactory and the car runner was exceptional.

So I had a deal in place today to purchase a car at MSRP. Granted the car is in demand, but was told 3x that I would be able to purchase it for MSRP. Long story I get a call from Victor Salazar who tells me that he has a higher bidder, but if I want to buy the car I have to pay $2K more than what we already agreed on. I guess his boss Victoria Bayer put him up to do this so I can panic and rush over there to make sure Vic gets an extra commission. I will never purchase a vehicle from Cerritos ever again. I leased a truck from them also. That didn’t go very well either. Penske or Longo Toyota is the way to go.

BUYER BEWARE: HORRIBLE LYING EMPLOYEES WHO DO EVERYTHING DO DECEIVE YOU! I purchased a car, cash, which should be an easy in and out. I had the car shipped to my house, only to find key scratches all over the car. I waited a month to get the title, and they let me know that it would take 6-8 weeks because they didn't have clean title from the previous owner. I asked them if that's normal for a dealership to not have title when they sell the car. Then when I wanted to return they car because of the scratches and title issues, they said it was my responsibility to pay for shipping back! xxx! After threatening them with a law suit, they finally gave me all of my $$ back and paid for my shipping. The biggest hassle just to get ANYBODY to take responsibility and get back with me. I called numerous times asking for the general manager-- nothing. Kevin, that general manager, finally email me from a templated email asking if I had any issues. HA HA. I told me this was the worst dealership and company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS LYING COMPANY!

Gerson and Henry were extremely friendly and helpful, it felt like we were old friends. In my experience, sometimes car buying is not the best of experiences - the opposite was felt due to their professionalism and willingness to help me not sit in a dealership for hours. 2nd time dealing with this dealership. Last time was a purchase and this time was an appointment to sell the same van I purchased from them. They matched the same experience which was again, beyond disappointing. Why set appointments and have people show up when you have the laziest and least helpful people on the planet standing outside. Here is what happens when a customer shows up for an appointment and mentions the persons name they are supposed to meet with. The sales folks swarm on you until they realize you have an appointment then they act like you're bothering them. Next after figuring out who you need to meet they argue about who's going to get inside and let the person know. One of them will nod and head back inside, presumably to alert the person who booked the appt that you're outside. WRONG, they come back outside after you stand there for a while and act like the conversation never took place. Finally they tell you nope, you actually need to go find the person and he's somewhere in the back. Same experience last time... These guys could care less about whatever brings you to the dealership if you're not a new customer. I guess there are no inventory issues hurting used car sales at autonation in cerritos and they must have wayyyy to much inventory.

With Covid-19 being so prevelent it wasn't a concern to them. Would never go back there for anything. They don't care. Don't even return phone calls. Haven't been here for a long while for several reasons but this time they offered a oil change with incentives that was too good to bypass. There was a choice of a free cabin air filter or air filter replacement by the service tech and he chose the cabin air filter but after checking the air filter he left the clips OFF. Do I need to explain the IMPORTANCE of this seemingly minor negligent act??? It's not minor and it is negligent. After a week I went to change the air filter and that's when I noticed this. Called Armando the service tech and left a message but he never returned the call. I got a google reply but haven't called them to see what they have to offer to make this up.

I had reserved the car and when we got to the dealer, the car was out for service on the bumped and i had to wait another week for it to come back. Manager Kent promised that the car would be ready for pick up 11 am that day and it wasn?t ready until around 12-1. Went to get a part checked on my car. The person said they had to order the part and should be there in a few days. Four days later I still did not receive a call back. I called asking for the person and the receptionist said he is not available and the parts dept. was not answering so I could not get an answer if the part was in yet. I attend for the 10k miles services to this location because the first location who performed the 5k service removed the air tire caps and didn't put back 3 out of 4 caps, not a big deal but at the same time concerning because it's something anyone can see it, the concerning part is what you can not see. At this location, they delivered to me the vehicicle but realized the they didn't stick the next oil change label, I reported and they not only fail to stick the label but also they didn't program the computer car to receive the next service notification, they guy did that in front of me, once again not a big deal but those simple things make doubt about the quality service I expected, specially when I purchased I toyota care package that cost me and arm and leg. Please have this honest review in consideration so you can well train your team, because it's very disappointment. Also if helps, the car wash pass you provide at the end of the service, the big penny car wash, they provide a lousy service, I really whish not to take this pass, when said you're going from toyota they basically treat you like xxxx, which is not the best experience you may expect.

Covid19 protocols were relaxed and in some cases not followed by dealer staff. I felt the staff were too pushy about coming to the dealer for non-essential , unnecessary service driven by dealer financial profits instead of client safety. As it turned the service performed could have waited until less restrictive public health pandemic guidelines were in place. My visit to the dealer was because of repeated calls by dealer staff and a waste of time.

Avoid these guys. I bought a car with the State's Clean Vehicle Assistant program 6 weeks ago. The way this works is that the state pays $5000 towards the purchase of a full electric vehicle after an approval process (I had all the paperwork) and you pay the rest. The dealer keeps the vehicle until the payment from the state comes in. The finance manager said this usually takes 10-14 days. The sales guy said he would be in touch and provide updates once a week or so. That is the last I ever heard from them. After about a month I started emailing and calling to find out what is going on and their tone had changed to a "don't call us, we'll call you" routine. Yesterday, I receive a check for a (small) part of what I paid with the check stating for unraveling deal #xyz. No explanation, no letter, no phone call. I get it that the state's programs may not work as usual during Covid times, but the least I would expect is for them to let the customer know and reimburse all the money without me having to get on their case.

I made my appointment over the phone to have my 2006 landcruiser for oil change. I specifically mentioned and clarified 3x to use synthetic oil and use an oem filter. When i got there on my appointment, it was listed as conventional. So i clarified again with JAiro(service writer) to use synthentic oil. I asked what kind of oil they use he said mobil i said ok. I brought my own OEM toyota oil filter and washer that i bought from them too so they can use it because they dont use OEM filter. When i have to pay they are charging me for the oil filter, washer. So they adjusted the price. But when i look at the receipt is says synthetic PROLINE brand instead of mobil1. Unfortuntely i dont see any transparency and honesty here. This is my 2nd time i brought my landcruiser with this dealership i dont see any changes. Good luck to you customers.

I just got a brand new car and i took it in to get serviced first they over charged me for just an oil change. Then they rotated my tires but no one noticed i had one smaller tire so the car wasnt driving right. They put the wrong tire pressure on all wheels, i had to go to a small shop to get my car fixed the right way after they charged me over 150 to get a car back that was worse then when i took it in. How mechanics get literally every step wrong is beyond me.

He put up with me and my wife for two days, as we really needed to determine the best vehicle for our needs. He helped us look at small to large vehicles until we settled on a new RAV4 XLE. He got us this excellent car with the right color exterior and interior and we are so pleased. It has all the amenities we need, and then some! If they didn’t have such a huge inventory, we might not have come away with this beauty. The financial end of our experience was equally terrific. The young man who helped us out worked diligently to make our purchase quick and satisfying. This was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience working with AutoNation Toyota. After researching buying guides on reddit, I ended up using TrueCar and contacting around 16 dealerships in the area for a Prius Prime XLE in black. Danny, from online sales at AutoNation Toyota was super responsive especially compared to the other dealerships. He helped me understand the breakdown of each line item so I can look at the out the door price and was extremely informative, personable and patient while doing so. I was very happy with the price we were able to work out, and how quick and painless the entire process was. I'm the type to get nervous so pushy sales people are very intimidating to me and I'm very happy to say there was none of that here! After working with Danny for sales, I finished up with Erick to go over the financing. It was again super easy and he was also amazing to work with. He didn't try to aggressively up-sell me but still thoroughly explained to me my options. Overall Great personalities, great price, quick and easy experience.

I received a phone call twice a week for the past 2 months to schedule a recall for my Sienna and when I finally did, they didn’t have the courtesy to put back the kid’s car seats or bother to finish up putting the car back together. Always remember to inspect their work and ask them if they need help removing any car seats since they don’t have time for these kind of details.

After receiving weekly calls to schedule a recall for my Sienna, I finally took it in for servicing. They forgot to finish putting the window control module back into the side door and left my kid's car seats on the floor. I wish they take the time to finish the recall properly and put back the items in the car the way they found it, or at least let me know when I drop off the vehicle so i can remove them myself.

We recommend working with Jason Nguyen. His honest, customer service based approach to the business of used car sales was refreshing. After a truck that I initially wasn't as interested in, went through detailing, inspection and service, he saw it come back on the front line, and thought of us. It turns out it's a great truck for our family, both in terms of practicality, and our budget. During our test drive it was Jason who brought up the alignment on the truck, that was only slightly pulling to the right. He made sure it went back through service again before we received the vehicle. He honestly cared about the safety of our teenage boys, who will be driving the truck, as well as I. It was used and 13+ years old so there were some recommendations made, and I followed through. He had great information about seat covers that now, after I purchased and installed them, make the car look like it has brand new, stock installed leather seats. It is a stock Tacoma, so technologically it needed a little bit of bringing up to speed. Jason made recommendations about an alarm and where to go to get a Bluetooth FM receiver, so that our boys would have the ability call us from the car, and do so hands-free. They also can play their own music from their phones, which they appreciated big time. Thanks, Jason!

The vehicle was advertised as a Toyota Certified vehicle but at the time of purchase they told us it was an AutoNation Certified vehicle which meant that instead of a one year warranty it only has 3 months. When we brought it to their attention they indicated that it was an error on their website but that they couldn’t honor it. They did offer to sell us an extended warranty which was very expensive. Their sales person and manager were very pleasant but this issue did have a negative impact on our experience at this dealer.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Customer Service is terrible. Sales team is terrible. Finance team is terrible. Read the reviews with 1/2 stars. This dealership is filled with Managers and reps who don't care about your concerns. They will lie to get you to purchase a vehicle and then change the deal without informing you. They will mess up your paperwork and blame it on you. They will do and say whatever they need to get you through the door. I have been in contact with the dealer for over 2 months and I continue to get the run around. This dealership owes me (and apparently many others) money for a payoff they failed to take care of like they said they would. I am now working with my lawyer and the BBB to ensure no other customer is treated the way I was.

Dishonest sales person, high price without discount. Before sale they told you the vehicle have everything. After you sign all documents and ready to pickup the vehicle, they told you because you want it cheaper price, they sale you a lower trim vehicle without some equipments, like floor mats, key gloves, trunk open kick sensor, moon roof ..... also the finance person told me that if I didn’t buy their maintenance package and do the service in other places or dealership will void my vehicle’s warranty which I first hear.

Our representative Roger is not attentive with his work. We agreed about changing the battery to a new one and the price. We were asked to wait at the waiting area, we waited for 20-30 minutes no update so my husband went to his area/counter and found out that nothing has been started so when I followed told me oh I need your permission if you agreed with everything we were disappointed ted and told him that we already spoke about this, agreed and signed the paper and you gave me a copy and there was no apology for the unprofessionalism. My husband commented so it is useless to set an appointment with Toyota.

AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, CA sold me a VW and promised to get the second ignition key that they claimed was missing. An apparent miscue on their part as they would have to pay $325 to produce the promised key (VW dealers quote that price). And rather than correct their miscue, they have chosen to walk away. Thus AutoNation's understanding of the industry they are working among is not up to par.

I used to drive Honda HRV 2017 and never had any mechanical problem thought of buying it instead. But then I saw the newest model of the 2020 RAV 4, felt in love with the design. So, I decided to get one on 9/27. It took 5 hours to get me on the road (it was a long wait/process) though the personnel were very attentive and accommodating. For a month, my drive to and from work were ok, not as smooth as I expected. I felt that it's a little noisy and bumpy, not sure it just my imagination; I drive only 7 min to work. Then, on 10/29 the car won't start. I called the road assistance for help. First, I tried their online appointment system it was not as friendly using the cellphone. So, I ended up calling for help. It was soooo frustrating, I was already late for work; lady just took her time to book the road assistance. She was pleasant but there was no sense of urgency and the questions were not relevant. Then, finally the guy came to jump start the car, he was sharp and quick. I asked him what happened. He said that the battery just went dead and added that I'm the third customers with the same issue. He advised me to bring the car to the dealer for service. So I thought not now, I have meeting coming up; maybe this weekend not knowing what will happen the next day. But then the next morning it happened again and this time the booking for road assistance was quick but the guy came after an hour of wait. Again, it was so frustrated to go the same process. And while waiting I called the dealer for service. After the car was jump started I drove straight to Cerritos dealer and had it service. The lady said it will take 2 hours to complete the service, I can stay or take the shuttle ride to selected destinations. But I work in Santa Fe Springs and nobody can pick me up. I asked for loaner and she said there was none. So I waited until it was done around 1pm. That's the whole experience only a month after buying the new 2020 RAV 4. The problem was not just the unit itself, it's everything from the long wait on the purchase date, road assistance system (no sense of urgency) and finally, the car issue. Very disappointed. Should I recommend the dealer? Maybe, I like the people that processed my papers. Should I recommend the RAV 4, not sure. Something wrong with it. Every morning, I had this feeling it will happen again. As for the Road Assistance system, they need to check it out; it needs to improve.

We went in and test drove a car. Let Nicholas know something was wrong with it, it was very minor but nonetheless should have done something about it. He stated with it being a CPO vehicle it can be fixed. They then told us nope we can?t finance you because you are from out of state. OK. Went on with our vacation. Next day, get a call from our sales person saying they approved us with one interest rate. We said , great we will come down. We get there and start signing papers and they come back with a much higher interest rate. Ok, payment is still ok so we ended up purchasing vehicle. Soon after driving it home (250 miles) we started to notice one thing after another. We were told there was a 100 point inspection done on the vehicle before we left. Whole dashboard does not work, can not change the climate temperature, can not change stations on the radio, door is still not working correctly, makes knocking noise when idling and steering shakes when driving. When you buy a $30K car you shouldn?t have to worry about any of this 3 weeks after you purchase the car. Have tried calling multiple times to address the concerns and every time I call, I get the run around and transferred to a voicemail.

My husband and I had been looking for a used 2019 Prius to replace my very old Prius that had 160,000 miles. Our trip to Autonation Toyota in Cerritos this month of October was very fortunate for us. The best part of it was working with salesman Bijan Khounani, a jewel of a salesman. He found us the perfect car, a 2019 Prius LE, he answered every question we had, and he worked hard to get us a very good price for the car we wanted and for turning in my old car. To sum it up, he was business-like, but fun to work with. He and my husband excitedly talked about the recent Lakers? basketball game they had watched. We needed a second key and he worked to get us a good price on that. We have already told some of our friends about Antonation Toyota and will continue to do so. And, we will certainly tell them about Bijan.

The Overall experience was GREAT. I located the car on Cars.com and e-mailed the contact. a short time later they contacted me and I arranged to see the car. What I love about this place is that you can schedule your appointment online (or via phone) in advance. They offer shuttle or a nice waiting area. They used to have coffee, now due to COVID it is not available any more. Customer service is very good, prompt and efficient. They kept my car for one whole week and didn’t even offer a loaner. I initially got an apt and dropped It off 7/7/20 at 8:40 AM and took in my 2019 Toyota Camry SE that I bought there like a few months ago (btw Daniel from the sales department is great, I’m happy with the sales department). I went back home & they said they’d call me 3-4 hours once it’s diagnosed. I don’t like to be that Karen who is always on top of people so I waited 5 hours and I called to ask for an update. I couldn’t reach Bianca, the person that was assisting me. So another person checked the system and told me they were still working on it. I waited another hour. Tried calling again and I couldn’t get ahold of the person who was taking care of my car. I ended up having to ask for a ride to get to them to get another update. At this point 6 hours had passed. They ended up telling me that there was a bunch of sand on top of the motor and was asked if I replaced the bumper in an accusing tone. She then proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t cover anything that I did to cause damage on the car. I got the car about 2 months ago. I’ve just driven it home and to work on pavement. I’m pretty darn pissed off that after just 2 months of having the car with 10k miles only on it and I’m having problems already on top of that get sort of accused of doing something to MY car and basically tell me that they won’t be liable for any damage caused. Btw I’m paying auto nation insurance & warranty for service and maintenance . Not only that but they couldn’t even pinpoint the diagnosis and basically told me that I had to leave it over night. Basically they didn’t even look at it and I’m thinking it’s because I have warranty with them. Let’s see what they say tomorrow once they actually diagnose it. Maybe then I’ll change my review. Update: Last thing we were told 2 days ago was that it might be the fuel pump so they would change that and see if that can fix the possible issue and nothing has gotten fixed and I still don’t have a proper diagnosis it’s 7/10/20. There’s a lack of communication and it seems like THEY BLOCKED MY BOYFRIEND’S NUMBER since he has been trying to contact Bianca. I kinda figured because I called through my phone and a desk representative answered right away and took a message for me to give to Bianca. When my boyfriend calls from his phone every time it goes to voicemail. NOBODY WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON THE CAR. My boyfriend has been the one who has had to call in order to get an update on our car. & even so there’s not really any progress with the car. They are just horrible and a total nightmare. We are car less and still have to go to work and they don’t even communicate anything. We are lost completely lost as to what’s going on and what we should do. We will probably just pick up our car tomorrow and take it to another Toyota Auto Nation dealer because Toyota Cerritos service department is a total nightmare. End of story: IT WAS A RECALL THAT THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT! It was the fuel pump and they got “back ordered” and they kept the car for one full week. Never offered a loaner. I missed work twice because they would never answer the phone or call. When I asked for a loaner they put me on a waiting list. Just don’t get your service here.

I visited the auto service location for the first time yesterday and I didn't know where to go. Multiple employees passed me by and didn't ask me if I needed help. Finally I was able to flag somebody down that ended up helping me. I dropped off the car at 10am and I was promised my car at 1:30 pm and was told I would get a call. Nobody called me to give me an update or status on my car. I went back to pick it up at 4pm and my car was still not ready. I had to wait 30 more minutes before I got it back. I understand the place is busy, but a call with an update would have been appreciated.

I had an expensive maintenance service at your center on June 29, 2020. I have been going to your center for 15 years and I have always followed the recommendations your staff suggests to be able to maintain my car in good condition When I got my car back and started driving home, I noticed all my windows are open. This is the first time that I got my car back with the windows open. I tried to close all of them but the left back window will not close and it appeared crooked. I drove back to the service center and told them what I noticed, they looked at my paperwork and called Carlos Lopez who assisted me earlier. He did not come out to see me or assess my new situation. Another one of the staff there looked at my window. We both noticed something blue, like a piece of gum is stucked there but he said it's part of the structure. He then said that it might be the regulator and that to fully assess this, they have to take the door to inspect it further. I told him, I do not have time for this, I was in your center from 0900 till 1300. I have other things to do for the day and I have to work the next, which is yesterday. Still, Carlos Lopez did not come out to help, when your staff there told me, that it is supposed to be him to help me with this. I have gone to another car shop and made an appointment to get my car fixed. Up until then, my back left window can be pulled up and down manually. This is now a safety issue as my car can be broken in anytime now. I have spent around 830 dollars for my visit yesterday, and the next appointment is going to cost me again. Again, I have been going to Toyota for 15 years for my maintenance and repairs. Nothing needed to be repaired in my car at the time of my visit, i just came for maintenance service. After yesterday, I will not be coming back, I plan to buy another car soon and I for sure, will not buy a Toyota anymore. I am but one customer only, and my business probably does not mater to any of you (as exhibited by Mr Carlos Lopez yesterday) but I do deserve some form of courtesy for the 15 years that i have supported your business. I would also like to point out that my windows were working fine prior to my visit yesterday and again, this is the first time, that I received my car back with all the windows open. I have chatted with a customer service representative yesterday on your website, it was Ms Olivia S that chatted with. I told her my concerns and all I got was this was being forwarded to your customer service. And so yesterday, I got 2 emails, 1 for thanking for my business and asking for a review, and 1 asking for my next appointment. And while all these are automated responses, I still expected a little bit more courtesy, respect and humanity, rather than an automated response.

We purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander XLE SUV. The SUV was missing car floor mats. We were promised that we will get the car floor mats sent to our house via mail. Henry Rodriguez, Fleet Internet Advisor (Sales Person) said that he will be ordering it and have it express mail to my house. I have contacted him several times via email and phone. He mentioned that he will look into it and get back to me. I have never received any update status. I also called AutoNation Toyota Cerritos to ask to speak to a manager. The person who took my phone calls would take my name and phone number and let me know that a manager will get back to me. I have not received any response or phone calls back from the manager to resolve this issue. I purchased the vehicle on Friday, January 17, 2020. It has been well over five months and I haven't received the car floor mats. This is really poor customer service and this problem is so small. Instead of getting a bad review, all they need to do to resolve this problem in a quick and professional manner is to order the car floor mats and get them sent as soon as possible. They are very nice and professional to you when you are buying the car. Henry was very efficient and quick to respond back to my emails as I was negotiating to buy the new vehicle. However, after you drive off with the new car, they ignore any problems that come up. Even the finance department is nice because they quickly want you to sign and get your down payment. Be very cautious if you purchase a car from Autonation Toyota Cerritos! Make sure that there is nothing missing from the car package list before you drive out of this car dealership! I will not be purchasing any future cars from this place ever again!

I just went for an oil change and tire rotation but I was presented with 3 options and each option was over $2,000. I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hours and did not received any texts giving me updates. No water bottles were offered in the lounge. At Cashier's desk, they made me sign with a pen on a string which everyone uses and they had no hand sanitizer anywhere to clean my hands after signing. No one was outside to bring me my car, I had to go chase a worker so he can get someone to help me. No one sanitized the door handle before I got in my car and I can go on with many other concerns. We are going through a pandemic and I would expect more sanitation and better customer service at any car dealership, as advertised but I did not see it at Toyota Auto Nation.

It was a mixed experience buying our new Toyota Camry hybrid. They brought the car in the color I wanted from another dealership but due to miscommunication between us and the sales manager we couldn?t strike a deal on the first day. However we were called again by them two days later and we were able to come to a price agreeable by both parties. Rudy helped us out the most. He listened, and worked hard for us. I bought a 2017 Prius. I should have inspected the door welds. It was a lease turn in from that dealership. They prepped it and gave me a car fax showing it hadn’t been in an accident. Well it had. The door was inspected by the same dealers collision repair and they told me it had been in an accident and that you could tell by the broken rusty weld on the inner door. It would cost me $2400 to repair. Their leased turn in. They inspected it upon turn in. They sold it without telling me of the defect. Their collision repair shop verified the damage that occurred before I bought it. Their warranty will not cover it. Wow

Being forced to purchase a replacement vehicle for my trusty Toyota Camry that had done its job for the last 15 years, I went into this already highly apprehensive. Initially looking at a pre-owned 2019 Corolla, by some quite unexpected variables that ultimately worked in my favor I was able to drive off in a new 2020. As a individual woman on her own, I expected to be muscle-armed by my sales team. That didn't happen, much to my surprise. Not only did the transaction go at a pace I was comfortable with, I had control over how the entire discussion went - from insisting that an initial test drive wasn't going to sell me the car to crunching the numbers resulting ultimately in my budgetary capability & satisfaction. Shoutout to Robbie C & James Y for making the entire experience more pleasurable than I would have dared believe going into it. You have a very happy Toyota customer for life!

Eduardo was absolutely aweful. He cancelled our meeting on Tuesday at 10am with no notice. He said he had an emergency. He also withdrew the offer he made us, stating the car he quoted and was supposed to have us drive, was sold on Sunday. If that was true, he could have told us that on Monday. We were on the road to meet him when he cancelled. Additionally, he said he could not provide a comparably equipped vehicle either at the price quoted. How bad does it get, especially when we bought our 2016 Camry from you guys. Never again, that's for sure.

I was actually really happy with my purchase until I found out that the dealership didn't have the title to my car (by a police officer while getting pulled over). They did not tell me this beforehand! It's been 8 months since I've bought the car and I've received 4 temporary registrations (current one expired), I haven't received any follow up phone calls. Everytime I follow up, I have to go in person because they don't answer the phone. The finance manager has offered ZERO solutions and is very unhelpful. So much unnecessary stress, even financially, as my bank increased my interest rate and monthly payments since Toyota Cerritos never sent them the title. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would never do business with this company if it was the last xxxx dealership on the planet.

Brought car in on an oil consumption recall, common on thousands of Toyota engines. They said I must pay for a oil change first, I did. A few days later I looked under my car to discover that they didn't even change the oil filter...REALLY ? They even stripped the oil drain plug (pan) they wanted me to pay $750 to install a new one. I visited Toyota of Cerritos for a recall on my airbags. While I waited, I decide to use their shuttle services for a trip to the park. I fill out their shuttle form providing my name, phone number and address of the destination. A male then calls for me and two other customers and we all enter the shuttle. Since the park was down the street, just a couple min away, I am the first to be dropped off. 30min or so go by and I receive a call to my cellphone, it's the shuttle driver asking me if I need a ride back to the dealership. The signs at the dealership say that shuttle services are for dropping off only. I began to feel uncomfortable. This man was calling me from his cellphone to my personal cellphone. I refuse the ride. Today I receive a text message from an unknown number. And it is the shuttle driver once again. From the same phone number. This time asking me how I am doing. I contact Toyota and speak to the general manager, Kevin Nadiere. Who apologizes, takes note of my contact info and tells me he needs to first find out who this driver was. I thank him. A couple hours later I receive a call from a SERVICE EMPLOYEE,Dennis who is calling on behalf of Kevin Nadiere. Dennis starts explaining that they spoke to the driver, the driver has been with their company for many years and nothing like this has ever happened before, it was all a MISCOMMUNICATION and he will no longer be contacting me. A miscommunication?? I do not have faith in the adequacy of their management team. I no longer feel comfortable in trusting Toyota to maintain professionalism and I especially no longer trust them with personal information. I will not be returning for ANY service or for ANY future purchases.

Open door policy...amazing staffs and always a get-go. I knew to always find the right person that gives you a great vibe. I had a great feeling about LewisJ and knew we would hit it off. He’s friendly, listens to your stories, and just a fantastic human being who cares. Most sales person comes to you as soon as you get out of the car and say, “let me show you some cars” but LewisJ builds a rapport with you first. He wasn’t about selling a car or showing me cars right away. He listens and is very dedicated. The services is big, you can just about find anything you need. This marks my third time at Cerritos in “buying” a car mode in the last 11 years. The first two were family members who bought their cars and I went with them. Ever since that, we never went anywhere else. Even if we do go for service or doing something small there will be times where you might not have a good experience. But you learn from that and make it better next time. Not that it has happen yet at Cerritos. I remember I had a somewhat bad experience at other Toyota’s in different cities. Which makes me now and forever to always go to Cerritos, especially to get it service in the future.

I had a bad experience with the Finance person, I felt he wasn?t upfront and disclose the final fees. I had a question regarding the Theft Protection; and wanted to remove it, he kept insisting it was part of the closing fees. I felt hoodwinked. I felt cheated and lied to. I also had a question for the salesman who sold me the car and try to contact him and he also has not returned my attempts to contact him. We were buying my son's first car - a used Toyota Camry - and our buying experience was great! Very important - an impressive selection of vehicles to choose from like at no other dealership in SoCal. No pressure, professional, friendly approach by our sales person Salman Bickiya helped us locate the Toyota that met our requirements. From visual inspection, to test drive, to arranging financing and finalizing sales contract took us less than about three hours and was totally stress free. Part of the deal was replacement of the windshield which was done within two days. We were regularly updated of the progress, which was really helpful. When it turned out that there was no spare key with the car that we chose, the sales team responded literally within minutes to our request to provide the spare key as part of the sales contract - no extra fees. Next day my son picked up the spare key. No sale is the same and there will be issues, especially when you deal with buying a used vehicle, but what impressed me was that whatever came up during our visit to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos dealership was resolved professionally, promptly and to our total satisfaction. I really can't think of anything negative from our experience at the dealership.

I should have went to another dealer when they low balled me on my trade in. They offered me $1000 less than Carmax. They matched the Carmax quote after I showed it to them. My negative feelings didn?t develop until I noticed all of the scratches on my new truck the next morning. When I received my new truck the previous evening I pointed out a scratch to my salesman and was told I could bring it in and have it buffed out. Since it was evening already, I didn?t notice all of the other scratches on it. When I took it in they were not able to buff them out. I was told I have to to bring my truck back a week later and give it up for a couple of days to get the paint fixed. This whole process is very frustrating. When it was taken back to get buffed out they only checked one section of the truck. They didn?t bother looking at the rest of the truck to check for the other scratches. I have to listen to comments about the scratches on my new truck that I paid a lot of money for from all of my friends, family and coworkers who look at it. They compliment it at first until they take a closer look and see all of the scratches. I had another bad experience with the parts and service departments. I asked for a price on some NFAB Predator side steps and was given a different price than what I was originally told. First price was around $469 the second price was $813. This really turned me off. The service department quoted $300 to install the steps which is only 12 bolts with no drilling. The whole job takes less than 30mins with a lift and a power tool. No way it costs $300. Parts stores charge around $100 for Install and not $813 for the steps. I could have bought the same truck with no scratches and the steps included for at least $500 less than I paid for my truck. This is a lesson learned on my part.

I have been going to Toyota of Cerritos since the 80’s. My family has bought several Toyota brand vehicles & have been very happy, however I brought my 2015 Camry in for routine service & the rep that called said my battery was shot & I needed to replace for $200, along with an air filter I had replaced 9 months prior. I agreed to the $30 filter but turned down the battery since I’ve bought batteries for less. He recommended that I run my car @ home for a couple of hours to wear out the battery so I could promptly replace it. I have driving the car with no warning signs of replacing the battery...I felt like the we’re trying to update for something not needed. Will not to going back & am seeking advice from a new mechanic. Hopefully they don’t tell me Cerritos service was trying to rip me off but that’s the feeling currently.

They made us a great offer no hassling, got out of there in under three hours. Everyone was super helpful and nice. I had to make an appointment to come back and get a blemish fixed and again everyone was great. They even got me a rental car to meet my specific needs while I waited a couple days for the repair. Everything was great till we got home. We did a lease exchange. The deal was basically good. That said the new car was to be equipped same as our turn in. After we got home we discovered that it didn?t have a power lift gate. The one thing we didn?t check before we left the lot. Called immediately took some time to get sales to contact us. Then they said they didn?t have that car Said we could return but that?s such a hassle we decided to just keep it. They said they have another car but different color and would cost 3 k more. So we re stuck and not real happy with the entire deal. We feel they should have or find the car as promised at the price quoted same car same deal.

I was able to easily schedule my 25K service online for the next day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and then waited only a few minutes before a service advisor began to process my service. Although my service advisor mistakenly informed me that my 25K service was complimentary, she honored it and I was not charged for the service. She reviewed the findings noted by the service technician and asked if I wanted to schedule my next service before I left. The waiting area is large with plenty of seats, several television screens to watch and a separate area for those that want to do work in quiet. Check out and pick up of my vehicle was quick and easy. One issue they could improve on is the speed of service - it took 2 hours for the 25K service (which included the multi-point inspection and tire rotation but no oil change). Overall, this was a pleasant and stress free experience.

I came in to service my 2017 Highlander. The service was fairly routine and included a tire rotation, five point inspection, and fluid levels check. The greeter during my appointment was very nice and informative. I was disappointed in the follow up from the Finance department on a maintenance package I had inquired about during my visit. The greeter explained to me there was a package available for $360 that covered general checkups up to 45K miles that I could purchase. I was instructed to follow up with the Finance department (I did) but no one was available to speak to me during my visit. Later that evening I was called by a Finance representative who provided a more expensive price ($505) for the very same package. I was also told that someone would follow up with me on Saturday and no one ever did.

To be honest with you we set up a few vehicles to test drive on Saturday with Kevin that didnt go so well. didnt feel like he was giving us his full attention. he had way too many other obligations to attend to. after I dropped my keys, the fob shattered into several pieces and I was away from my local Toyota dealer where I usually service my car so I used Google search to locate the nearest dealership which was AutoNation. I made an appointment and when I arrived was greeted immediately by service personnel who notified my service advisor and was treated better than I expected. I explained the reason for my visit was directed to his office service paperwork completed and was informed the programming for my new key would take a couple of hours. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I only came here because they had a vehicle he spent a months looking for (4WD manual transmission Toyota Tacoma) and from the very start it has been a nightmare. The initial sale rep that we got was completely unwilling to assist us with any questions we had. They took an attitude of “take it or leave it” and was unwilling to run our credit to use outside financing. We ended up leaving without the truck the first day and went to our Credit Union which gave us better rates than the in house financing that Auto Nation offered. We purchased the vehicle, a keyless entry vehicle. Once we signed paper work we were provided an aftermarket key with no remote to lock/unlock the vehicle. My husband asked to speak with the sales rep and requested the key that was advertised and told him that it was not included and if he wanted it he would need to purchase it. My husband was adamant about how it was advertised as such and the rep told him and I quote “take it or leave it”. My husband finally found his dream car and was torn between having to deal with their attitude in exchange for a car he had been looking for for years. So he took the vehicle. I called afterwards and spoke with a different sales rep explained to him the situation and as he stated the best he could do would be for the dealer to buy the key and us pay for the programming of the key. If you don’t know anything about business you will today. Everything in sales is marked up. dealerships can take a loss on sales to a certain extent, so no they were doing me any favors. After a continuing back and forth with the dealer we agreed on a price and requested 2 keys and made an appointment for the following Saturday to have them programmed for our vehicle. A few days prior to our appointment we confirm the date and time and the reason for the appointment to have 2 keys programmed. We arrive at our appointment and wait our turn only to be told they had only 1 key. Even after we confirmed days before and were told that 2 had been reserved for us. What did they do made us reschedule again to have 2 keys programmed. That appointment day comes and 2 keys were made and provided to us. Weeks go by and we receive a letter in the mail from the dealership. A dealership I have no interest in even having to deal with again. The letter states that we need to call their service department because the we need to schedule another appointment because they did not weigh the vehicle or verify the VIN prior to selling it to us. So again we go make another appointment for Saturday and we arrive only to be told that they can only verify the VIN that we would need to come back on another day because their weigh station was closed. At this point after the vehicle was sold to us this would be the 3rd appointment for something they made mistakes on. They tirade I am writing is because of the lack of professionalism, and honestly this dealership has. To add a cherry on top of this ordeal, I received a ticket, a ticket due to expire temporary license plate. My husband attempts to call the dealer and explained to them what had happened and requested a confirmation that the necessary steps that the dealer had to take to make sure we received the registration were taken were actually done. The dealers response was he would get a call back by the end of the day. No call. I called today, calmly, explaining the situation and all I got was the run around, transfer to voicemails, they would pick up and hang up the call. So no, no matter how good of a “deal” you might get I do not and cannot recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here due to their customer service or lack there of.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I only came here because they had a vehicle he spent a months looking for (4WD manual transmission Toyota Tacoma) and from the very start it has been a nightmare. The initial sale rep that we got was completely unwilling to assist us with any questions we had. They took an attitude of “take it or leave it” and was unwilling to run our credit to use outside financing. We ended up leaving without the truck the first day and went to our Credit Union which gave us better rates than the in house financing that Auto Nation offered. We purchased the vehicle, a keyless entry vehicle. Once we signed paper work we were provided an aftermarket key with no remote to lock/unlock the vehicle. My husband asked to speak with the sales rep and requested the key that was advertised and told him that it was not included and if he wanted it he would need to purchase it. My husband was adamant about how it was advertised as such and the rep told him and I quote “take it or leave it”. My husband finally found his dream car and was torn between having to deal with their attitude in exchange for a car he had been looking for for years. So he took the vehicle. I called afterwards and spoke with a different sales rep explained to him the situation and as he stated the best he could do would be for the dealer to buy the key and us pay for the programming of the key. If you don’t know anything about business you will today. Everything in sales is marked up. dealerships can take a loss on sales to a certain extent, so no they were doing me any favors. After a continuing back and forth with the dealer we agreed on a price and requested 2 keys and made an appointment for the following Saturday to have them programmed for our vehicle. A few days prior to our appointment we confirm the date and time and the reason for the appointment to have 2 keys programmed. We arrive at our appointment and wait our turn only to be told they had only 1 key. Even after we confirmed days before and were told that 2 had been reserved for us. What did they do made us reschedule again to have 2 keys programmed. That appointment day comes and 2 keys were made and provided to us. Weeks go by and we receive a letter in the mail from the dealership. A dealership I have no interest in even having to deal with again. The letter states that we need to call their service department because the we need to schedule another appointment because they did not weigh the vehicle or verify the VIN prior to selling it to us. So again we go make another appointment for Saturday and we arrive only to be told that they can only verify the VIN that we would need to come back on another day because their weigh station was closed. At this point after the vehicle was sold to us this would be the 3rd appointment for something they made mistakes on. Tera in the financing department is very rude. There is an issue with a $5,000 check that was not signed. I had talked to them before about it. She didn’t pay much attention to it. Left her many voicemails and text messages. No response. Now she claims to be trying to call us for the past 4 weeks. Not true. We don’t have missed call from her except one voicemail. She made a rude comment to me over the phone” did a light bulb not come over your head” regarding the check not signed. she really has no manners when it comes to dealing with customers. Very rude and not professional. I told her I’d be happy to go sign the check. She claims to not have it. Then she changed it to she shredded the check. Do not want to deal with her. Hopefully the general manager or president ceo can look at this incident. She needs to apologize for making remarks like the one above. If I were Toyota AutoNation I would look and evaluate and retrain her again. You don’t need people like this working for your company.

Don't trust this store. The only reason they get 2 stars it because we love our van. The financing department will tell you that you are financing with your credit union where you are already prequalified and then send you through their company without telling you. When you try to call them to talk to them to work things out, they won't answer and won't call you back. It is so sad that buying a car has to be such a shady and awful experience.

Don’t ever get rid of or let go Eric McKenzie or Syed Donado these guys are awesome. 2nd time experience with Syed who is extremely personably he makes you feel like you’ve known him forever, you never get the feeling you’re with a salesman but just hanging out with a good friend. Eric in financing is extremely easy to talk with, his engaging personality creates the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and safe, these two I would invite over to my house for family gatherings that how comfortable we were. I wasn’t sure if I had a bad alternator or a bad battery. The battery was less than 4 yrs old. I called around to a few places to get pricing and warranties and chose AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos. I didn’t have an appointment but Rick from “Quick Service” wrote up my ticket and took my car to the service area. Jason, the service manager, checked my vehicle and quickly diagnosed a bad battery. Even though the battery still had a few months on it’s warranty from a different company, I decided to stay with AutoNation. I got a better price and warranty than I did from the other three places I had called. I was in and out in no time and they didn’t try to sell me on a new alternator. Thank you to Rick and Jason for friendly, fast, honest service. My Scion starts and runs like a champ.

As a Costco buyer I expect a straight forward experience. I expect that the sales person knows ALL of the features and can explain them completely not just tell me to figure it out with the owners manual. I expect that there not be the “I have to speak with my manager,” “Oh my manager said no but if it were up to me I’d give you what you asked,“ “Oh, I have to speak to my manager again,“ when negotiating the trade-in value. I brought the offer from Carmax which they finally honored after three rounds of lower offers. I was told before I arrive that they would honor the CarMax value so this shouldn’t have been necessary. We had been talking about the car I wanted for weeks, I had it reserved, it finally arrived after they broke appointments with me twice, I finally made an appointment at THEIR convenience, I alerted them that I was on my way from an hour away, and then I arrived the car wasn’t ready. I also let them know that I would be paying with a cashiers check and needed to get to the bank before it closed four separate times before and during the time I was in the dealership and yet when it was time to pay, it was after banking hours. Despite the inconvenience of having driven over an hour to get to the dealership, the salesman made it quite clear that he was irritated about not being able to go home at his regular time. Maybe if he hadn’t been giving me the runaround we could have wrap the deal up a lot more quickly. And finally, it wasn’t until I received a Costco email after I completed the transaction and was home again that I discovered they didn’t give me a customer cashback deal I was entitled to. I would not have given this experience or dealership any stars if it were possible.

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles at the Cerritos Toyota. I’ve always serviced them there. My most recent experience was the first bad one. I waited 3 hrs for a diagnostic without a single update, was told nothing was wrong, only to leave and have the issue continue. The service I requested wasn’t performed. The service advisor just didn’t seem to care about my time or my continued business. I emailed (in response to an email I received from them thanking me for my service) and received no response. I was pondering a trade-in but clearly my business isn’t valued there any longer so I may look elsewhere.

Zero rating. Disgrace of a Toyota dealership. The Voodoo Blue FJ Cruiser you see advertised was originally for $14, 905. Sales rep Ahmad showed me the FJ and said he did not have the keys so i could not start it or test drive it. I signed a temporary agreement to buy it after test drive. He called me and said FJ had numerous mechanical problems that will cost 2k to fix, i spoke with so called manager Kent and we agreed on $800. My brother thought that was too much and spoke with GM Kevin. I test drove the car next day and it can only be put in 4WD and not the rest and it jerks on high speed. Long story short the GM Kevin came out and told me this car has numerous mechanical problems and is not safe to be on the road so he plans to return it to Toyota since he will lose money trying to fix it. Next day he lists the car for $18,524 as you can see. Read the rest on BBB since i can only write so much here. Do not buy this junk. They will use your money to patch it up and make profit.

I took my car to the dealer to fix the back camera and the manager came out tell me that they can’t fix cause it’s was third party where they took the car to put the camera. On contracts it doesn’t say it third party. And now they don’t want to fix it. And I try to explain to the manager and then he say we can dance all day that’s not professional

Had issues with a oil leak before we left the lot, they had mechanic look and we were told it was from detailing. Brought the vehicle home next day faded up and it needed 2 qts oil. We returned the vehicle asap. We were told money would be returned but it wasn't and I had to make my first car punt on a vehicle I don't own and they probably have already have sold it again! Will not go back!

Does anyone really enjoy buying a car? Especially for a woman it can be very intimidating. Not at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. I worked with Brian G. And he was friendly and not pushy or condescending (trust me I have seen it all!). I had done my research so I knew what I wanted and what would be a fair price. The used cars here are “no haggle” and priced fairly (unlike the other well known no-haggle car dealer that is WAAAAYYY overpriced). Brian went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for. And I was offered a fair value on my trade in as well. If you’re looking for a car. I would start here. And ask for Brian G!

BAIT-AND-SWITCH DEALERSHIP!! My mother purchased a car from here a week ago and had the worst customer service experience. She ultimately purchased the car because it was exactly what she wanted and it was a great deal. However, the sales team pulled a bait-and-switch on us that didn't work. THIS IS ILLEGAL. We found the car online and called the dealership, they sent us an email to reserve the car to test drive it that weekend. We were in contact with the sales representative, Sergio, everyday from Wednesday until Saturday as we were filling out online forms to trade in a current car. We were sent confirmation emails stating what car was being reserved and it included ALL CAR DETAILS & THE LISTING PRICE of $23,889. So when we arrived on Saturday and Sergio told us they had a "NO Haggle policy and that the price listed on the car is the price you pay" we were shocked when he pulled the car around and the sticker on the car said $25,500. I was floored to think that someone would actually try to pull off an illegal marketing tactic, bait-and-switch. I assume Sergio thought that because we were female we would be an easy target. I pulled up the confirmation emails stating the actual listed price and told him we would be purchasing the car for $23,889. He looked stunned. The finance representative, Alex, who was abrasive and irritable, then proceeded to try and give my mom an interest rate well above the current APR at the moment and would not budge. They had us in the dealership for over 3 hours trying to sell us every mark-up possible, they seemed to be taking their time on purpose to wear us down. We decided to find our own financing outside of this dealership. Clearly their tactic is to price cars online for a great price, lure you down and switch the price on you, then get you to finance for an insane rate. Avoid this dealership unless you're smarter then these "hagglers" and have the patience.

The agent in charge of responding to email inquiries called me and informed me that the car had not passed inspection and would not be offered for sale in their dealership. She further inquired about the car I needed and got all the info from me, and stated that she would call me if such a car would be available in their dealership. She polite and very profession and very eager to help

I'm very upset with the service from Johnny Hernandez at the Cerritos Collision Center. I had an appointment wit him at 10:00 am, waited for an hour for him then an 1:30 mins later I was told he was not able to service me. Furious, and a waste of time.

I would have liked for them to change my oil since my maintenance light was on when I brought it in for the test they were doing on my engine they were checking to see how much oil my car was consuming so it was being tested. They were checking to see if my piston were wearing on my engine . My car passed the test so I didn't need a new engine. My only complaint is that thd oil wasn't changed .

The the service was OK. However paying for it was not. When I leased my truck I also bought the service package that I thought was in effect for the life of the lease. Apparently no so. I feel I have been I misled at theme of the purchase.

The Manager Danielle was absolutely amazing, she worked very hard on helping my wife and I have the best overall experience. James did an excellent job of walking us around our new truck and explaining in clear detail how all the apps worked etc. The finance manager was very nice and at no time pushed anything I did not want. Although my service experience in the past was good this one fell way short of the mark. I made an appointment for 2:20 PM and arrived at 2:10 PM for a routing service. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes for a service agent to assist me. I was told that the service would take 3 to 4 hours because I made a afternoon appointment and there were others ahead of me. My question is: What’s the point of an appointment if drive up service is taken ahead of me? My vehicle was FINALLY ready at 5:50 PM! NOT the “service” I expected!

Deceptive sales practices by Customer Financial Service Manager that mislead and lured me into purchasing a warranty or service at the time of the negotiation of vehicle pricing and financing terms. Also mislead and false information giving about warranty at the time of purchase by Customer Financial Service Manager stating blatantly untrue statements when promoting the product at the time of purchase. After an issue occurred I called them right away and they all ignored the issue and was directed and called by everyone but the Finance Director himself James. Spoke to Customer Relations manager that consecutively lied for him a couple of days why he has not called me. Also spoke to Finance Sales Manager Aaron that Referred my issue to another General Sales manager Mark Bell that stated he would pass my contact info to James finance director. I have open complaints against these horrible people that lie to hard working people to screw us over to get paid. Attorney state general , Better Business Bureau, and DMV complaints all filed against them as well!!!!
