I went there to get my usual fluid check-up and Miguel found a nail in my tire, I was directed to go back to where I brought my tires only to find out that they were not going to replace it they only wanted to do a patch. While at the dealer I was reminded that I had a tire warranty, so which would cover me if the place where I brought the tires would not replace it. I returned back to the dealer, Miguel put in a claim and my tire was replace free of charge.

Found a vehicle, found a salesman...Calvin Kalonda...talked about the car, took it for a test drive, located a few items that needed to be addressed, addressed them, agreed to fix them, did some paperwork, and we had a car! What? It was so lovely; no BS about needing to talk to the manager, the price really is what it is, and if you have a question about how they arrived there, they will show you the calculations. This dealer is the same as all the others. They charge $ 6k extra over msrp. I bought a Highlander hybrid by Msrp 2 months ago and here they want to sell it more expensive and they excuse themselves in saying that they have under stock and it is not true. They announce a price and when you are going to sign they tell you that they have a market adjustment. It is a totally dishonest practice. I will never return to this dealer.

I bought a new Toyota Camry on Jan. 7, 2023. I called ahead and Joshua Lewis had the car ready for me to test drive when I got to the dealership. This car was good but did not come with floor mats. Sales manager did not want to sell me floor mats at cost. After I agreed to the offer, it still took a long time to do the paperwork. Overall the experience was good except for the wait was too long and no water or coffee was even offered while I was waiting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming to this dealership again for servicing. My first time was a good experience. This second time I came just for an oil change on my car and after 5 hours had to take it off the lot leaking oil, which it was not doing before I took it in. The second I came in they tried to upsell me on $1000 worth of "scheduled maintenance", then tried to charge me $1200 to change my oil pan, gasket, and drain plug because it was stripped. Needless to say took it to a local mechanic and they quoted me $400 for the repair. The local mechanic also told me they didn't even put back the gasket which is incredibly dangerous for my car. Scammer dealership I sadly wanted to trust.

She called immediately after I submitted my online request and explained the process to me in detail. We arranged an onsite appointment so she can give me a guaranteed offer after they visually inspect my vehicle. They took care of contacting my lender to get the payoff, filled out all of the DMV transfer paperwork, and even gave me a release of liability in case any traffic charges come up after I sell them my car. And since I had equity, I left there with check in hand! Their process is very efficient and I would work with SAMILA again any day! If I could give her 100 stars I would. She has a customer for life!!!

I am a very dissatisfied customer. My car was just fixed on 1/21/2023. I was assured that everything is good and the vehicle is operating as designed. I picked up the car around 4:00 pm on 1/21/2024. Unfortunately, the engine light came back on four hours later. I started the car the next morning the engine light came on as well as the discharge warning light also came on. The car rattles like crazy at ignition and won't move. The car was not rattled and the discharge warning light was not a problem when I dropped it off on Friday, 1/20/2022.

I made an appointment for a specific reason and at a specific time. Once I got to the service center and dropped my car off, I was advised it would take 2-3 hours to complete. It was only a 25,000 mile service where they just rotate the tires and due an inspection to make sure everything is still good. It ended up taking them 2 1/2 hours to complete, which I find unacceptable. Why make an appointment when they can't hold up their end of the bargain. Not going back there again.

I made an appointment for 730am to get and oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in , I was informed that it might take about two hours. Long story short , my car was ready right before 12 noon. while sitting in the waiting area , I saw people come and go that came after me for an oil change and that was fine but their representatives would go out and talk to the customers and update them . My representative never came out for any updates, I didn’t see her until it was time to check out. She didn’t even give me a rundown on what was done , recommendations etc. I have been there before and never had an issue. It was a very disappointing experience.

Every time I have gone for service I’ve been greeted quickly and friendly. I feel I am in good hands. I appreciate how clean everything appears to be. My question is why does my mpg read @28 when I leave but quickly goes down to @25-22mpg. Strange.

My experience with Michelle, Service Advisor was quite positive and enjoyable. She appeared as straight forward and sincere. However, my experience with the feedback from the technician that she shared with me did not seem totally honest or true for two reasons. The tech told her that the reason for my "check engine light was because a critter had built a nest on my engine and chewed on several wires. I was told that there were footprints all over the engine compartment. Parts an labor estimate was more than $800.00. I was sent a text with photos of a nest of cushion and supposed wire damage. No photo of critter footprints. I was not offered or given the damaged wires once the repairs were complete and the wires replaced. I was also told that my brakes were worn dangerously low, less than 3mm, needing immediate replacement. "Do not drive the Tacoma any distance at all". I took my Tacoma to my personal mechanic. I showed him the pictures and told him what i was advised about the brakes being dangerously worn, and to not drive the truck until they brakes were serviced. As I looked on, he inspected the engine to try to find the location of repair. He was not able to identify visually, the area repaired. All engine surfaces were spotless and looked to have been wiped clean of any critter footprints that might have been present.. He inspected the brakes, pads and rotors. I was told by my mechanic that the truck could be driven safely for another 8,500 - 9,000 miles. To error on the safe side, my mechanic said to have the brakes replaced after an additional 7,500 more miles. There you have it.

WARNING! SERVICE APPOINTMENTS- THE WORST When purchasing vehicle know the prepaid services will be placed on back burner for those paying at the time of service. Didn’t notify us service time was 4 hours at time of making appointment … waited anyway… only for them to take 6 HOURS knowing we were waiting… STILL WAITING as I’m writing this review …. Update - just told me car won’t be ready until MONDAY (Today is Saturday) AFTER Spending 6 hours waiting and following up UPDATE: When we took the car they said, but we rotated the tires and fixed the gas cap!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING MOVING FORWARD.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was my go to Dealership but after my last two services i am done with Toyota Cerritos. It was improperly installed and the tech broke the post on it torquing it too much which led to it cracking all of the way around and falling off. They told me it was my fault. I bought a replacement and had my mechanic install it for a $400 and as soon as he got the headliner down the broken post fell out and the cover fell off. It was 100% Toyota Of Cerritos that improperly did the recall on it. I called Toyota Customer Care and they told me that the Service manager would call me within 1 business day. Its been 5 and I have called 5 times to talk to the Service manager but she is too busy or just will not talk to me. I just wanted to show the pictures and videos that my Mechanic took documenting the failed light and to see if they would at least hear me out but no call, no email, Nothing. Their service has gone way down over the last 2 years and I will not be taking my Tacoma there ever again. I have bought 2 brand new Tacoma's from AutoNation and I will not be buying a 3rd from them or Toyota of Cerritos period. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be going back there ever.

I like how they make you feel as a part of the family. One of the employees mention to me, to be a successful mechanic there are many steps to know and needs to be able to know each tool being used and car parts. It’s a very challenge able industry because there will always be competition as well as a job. I went in for an oil change and was told that I needed services that I don't believe I truly needed. I ended up being charged over $3000. I brought this up to the Service Director and he was helpful and took off $500, but I still believe this was for service I never needed in the first place. Ask about the hourly rate and compare it to local mechanics. I was charged way too much money. Customer service was very good though.

Brought my Sienna in to check out the radiator per my mechanic's recommendation. It turned out I need a new radiator (might leak). Fortunately, my extended warranty covered the replacement. To my surprise, Autonation, a Toyota dealer, doesn't have the part in stock. Have to leave the car there 3 days before getting the new radiator installed, but that's 2 days ahead of schedule. Happy!

I want to give a huge shout out to AutoNation of Cerritos for going above and beyond for me in my recent auto purchase. I had been shopping around for about 4 months for an SUV with low miles and specific options. I found several around the state of California at respectable dealerships. None of them wanted to really help me and seemed to be selling finance and not automobiles. Being an out of state buyer made things a little bit more complex but not really. I inquired about an SUV at Cerritos AutoNation and immediately Salmon (sorry if I misspelled here) and Alex went to work for me and made it an easy, enjoyable and seamless process. I drove 7 hours to get there, picked up the vehicle and made it back to my home state the same day. The entire process was easy. I will do business with Cerritos AutoNation again. I’ve been mislead and tricked! During the purchasing process, a list of unnecessary add on were added to the car price. I did not want any of those add on. I was able to have them remove except for the dash cam. I was told by their sale associate Kasandra Barraza that the dash cam has already been installed and $1995 charge for it can not be taken out. I did not want nor do I need the dash cam but since it was already installed, I agreed. A few days later, I’ve realized that there’s no dash cam in my car. I reached out to Kasandra and she apologized that it has not been installed and that she can get that installed or have it refunded. I ask for refund and she stated she will talked to her manager. The next day, she contacted me and said her manager will not refund the dash cam charge. I came into the dealership and spoke to the manager Tom and he gave me the run around saying they gave me a great deal on the car when everywhere else is marked up couple thousands and there’s a lot of people wanting to buy my car. That is not the point and has nothing to do with this issue! It’s the principle! I’ve been deceived that it was installed already and have no choice but to pay for it! He had me talk to the finance person Bijon who also said he can’t refund me the dash cam charge. Why can’t they refund me the money for the feature that I do not want to buy. Now I know their sale gimmick is to lie and get you to pay for something you don’t want! I told him I will sue and take them to court. He said I will not win with this big company with long list of lawyers working for them! They are crooks!!! See you in court!

Because it’s a Mazda in a Toyota center, the services take forever. They say they don’t have the right product and they have to wait for it. So when I made the appt, I asked to have everything ready so I would t have to wait 3 hours. I was assured that everything would be ready. Was it? Of course not. I had to wait 3 hours for the oil to get changed. 1st world problem, but it’s frustrating when I had to be at work.

This review is solely on the financing department. When I was signing the contract to finance a 2023 Toyota RAV 4 XLE, Ziad Elfirai, the finance manager, intentionally placed an extended warranty plan on my contract when I explicitly said no a repeatable number of times. Yet, he placed it on the contract. As of now, I have been emailing them and visiting this location several times within the last two weeks. I escalated to Rudy Mazas, the customer financial services manager, at least thrice now requesting a product cancellation on the extended warranty Ziad has secretly placed in my contract. As of now, there's no update on it (Rudy has been repeatedly reassuring me he'll escalate with Mr. Ziad, but no further update on this regard.) I also emailed to Zee's email, but to no surprise, won't bother to reply to my inquiries. If they won't cancel the extended warranty plan within the next 30-60 days, I will file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs on this business.

Sales person not very professional it didn't go by after taking delivery did not went over the books he did not explain anything he did not set up my clock sometime my floor mats on the back of the car was loose not placing the right place I didn't follow I didn't hear from him again I requested he call me back I still haven't heard from him financier was not at all helpful but nevertheless was there to buy the car I wanted and that's what made the difference

I have Toyota Corolla hybrid 2022 my warranty 100k miles , this is what is the sales said when I bought dated Aug 2021 but yesterday I visited the Cerritos to do the regular service and after I dropped off my car you said that I have to pay $153 for changing oil and tires rotation!!!!!! I was very sad because I still covered so I will never do my service again with your dealer

Hi Yesterday I noticed my truck leaking what appears to be oil? Sunday morning I crawled under the truck to put down some absorbent pads. I reached up and was able to unscrew the oil pan bolt with my fingers. It was extremely loose and obviously not tightened? Now I have a big oil stain on my driveway ??

This is the 2nd time buy a car here. Sergio and Saul were a pleasure to work with. They were very helpful and patient as I was very particular about the car I wanted. Took my brand new 2022 Tundra V6 twin turbo in due to a glitch with the fuel gauge- as soon as it reached 3/4 of a tank it shot back up to a full tank. It has happened twice thus far, with a new vehicle I don’t want it to do it all especially when this vehicle was over $60,000. They were not able to fix or reset this due to the problem being very new to them but not new to the hundreds of reviews on the internet that says it’s happening to them as well. I knew in my heart that they weren’t going to be able to repair this problem but I want it documented that it is indeed happening and I’m hoping that Corporate Toyota will see this is a big problem and will find a fix and issue a recall. As for AutoNation they did what they could but I don’t appreciate that it took 4 1/2 hours for them to tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong. I actually was the 2nd person in line having appointment at 7 but was there at 6:45am and sat there and waited till 11:45am- that’s where they get a thumbs down- not being honest with me and not looking at my vehicle when my scheduled time came around- technician could not have been scratching his head that long- they need to be honest and say your truck sat for 3 1/2 hours before we looked at it

Most horrible dealership there is. I bought a tundra here back in December and not only did they damage my truck when it was stored there and covered it up and I found out about it when I took delivery I did a thorough search of the truck and found the damage they concealed with tape of the same color they made a mistake on the paperwork and I’ve been fighting with the dealership and multiple finance managers for my pink slip after I paid cash for my truck. They’re customer service is appalling and disgusting. I would avoid this place like Typhoid Mary was standing in the parking lot selling trucks. I called Toyota corporate and they refused to help me as well. This is a black eye to the Toyota brand as a whole and has pushed me away from them as a company. I still do not have my title. I’ve notified the BBB and that complaint was ignored by the dealership as well. I will never buy another Toyota. I will go back to Ford.

process took too long Sales personnel nice but very slow, upon receiving my vehicle after detail, never got to go over vehicle check list and only got one temp plate that I put on myself, staff was busy celebrating sale in side so after 30 minn wait I left sales celebrating should be done at end of day ,at least that's what I think. Went back multiple times to have my breaks inspected due to poor stopping power Each time they claimed my brakes were good , that’s a crock and they know it, not 2 days after last inspection they started to send me discount options to get my brake liners replaced! And continue to send me e mails stating the importance of replacing as soon as I possible. I’ll never do business with them again and do not recommend anyone buying a pre owned vehicle from this dealership, and one mor thing! Had to add on to existing review because They had me blocked. 2020 Dodge Ram FAULTY TRANSMISSION AND MAJOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES. I purchased a Dodge Ram from Toyota Cerritos about a month ago. I drove from San Diego to look at the truck and although I really liked the truck, I felt very rushed to make a decision for purchase. Victor was attempting to get me to sign paperwork before I had even made a decision. When we took it for a test drive I was only allowed to take it on a very short drive around the perimeter of the dealership. I was told I could NOT take it on the freeway due to "insurance regulations". Well after just a couple days of driving it I realized why they wouldn't let me take it on the freeway. The truck has a faulty transmission and major electrical and charging issues. The electrical issues included faulty head lights turning on and off, faulty charging system and electric running boards that do NOT work. They also lied about the electric running boards being factory and I was told they would be covered under the factory warranty. I was told they performed a "factory reset" and "turned them off" in the system. What they actually did was unplug them since they couldn't figure out what was wrong with them. The truck has been in and out of the dealership since the first week I bought it and I am still experiencing these issues. The Chrysler dealership would NOT diagnose or work on the running boards without a $200 diagnostic fee as they are aftermarket. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a new or used car.

The service advisor was very thorough in explaining the service and findings like brake and tire wear. However, the service department doesn't seem to know what the lug nut torque settings should be, or how to tighten them properly. I always have to check and re-adjust them.

Waiting for my 2017 Corolla's oil change two weeks ago ended up being a serendipitous “meant-to-be” encounter. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF YOUR TIME!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WITH BETTER BUSINESS ETHICS!! We were looking to buy a Toyota Sienna. Jason Nguyen was our sales man. Multiple problems arised while we were trying to sign the docs to purchase the car. The problems listed below: 1.) My husband and I took time off to sign the contract with Jason. Because he said the production date was that day. The manager Billy came and clarified that it was expected to be in production on that day but could be any other day. His words " today or 10 days from now" So basically we told one thing and in reality it was something else. Miraculously the car turned to production status when we were about to leave. 2.) We prenegotiated a 4K + mandatory assessory to buy the car. And Jason stated that it was ok by his manager Rudy. When it came time to sign the docs that didn't want to honor that price and assessories we choose. Unbelievable!! We wanted the car so we decided to take the assessories they forced upon us. We even tried to ask for a different assessories that costed more but they refused!! It was either buy the package or leave the car. Jason was even hesitant and reluctant to even ask Billy the manager if we could swap out for more expensive assessories that we would actually use. Until I asked him repeatedly. 3.) I wanted to finance through my credit unit. But they wanted to run my credit. I refused. Because it was unnecessary. Jason finally said it was ok they didn't run it. But eventually that wasn't the truth!! 4) Both Jason and the manager Billy said there was another person there to buy the car and was pressuring us to hurry up and seal the deal after we signed some paperwork. If we signed the paperwork shouldn't it be reserved for us because we're working on the deal! 5) When it came time on paying for the car they said they would have to run my credit to buy the car through Toyota financing. When I asked for any other option they said cash. I guessed they didn't expect I was capable of it. And I said ok. And Billy the manner ask you "do you have the money now?" I said who in the world walks around with 60k in their purse and that i needed 15 mins to go to the bank down the street. They said no. The other option was pay half check and credit card. And still wanting the car I said Ok. I guess they didn't expect that either. Finally Billy said Toyota financing is the only option to buy the car. But then why give me the other options then. Really frustrating!! I told him it is ridiculous that is the only way to purchase the car and you can't even purchase it with all cash. His response was " cash is out of style now" Unbelievable he would say such a thing to a customer and he is a manager!! I told him I'm buying cash and suddenly there is a new rule he just found out you could only purchase the car through their financing. Even before coming down to the store I spoke to Jason to clarify if financing the car through them was the only way to purchase the car and he said no. So basically this dealer just wants you to go in waste 4+ hours of your time and jump through hoops and jerk you around in order to MAYBE buy the car. Came to get the hybrid system in my Prius updated since there was a recall on it and the estimate time was 2-3 hours and it was done in 2! Tried to score a Supra at MSRP, but gave up waiting when Ukraine was attacked. AN came down a little on the markup. I'm OK with the price. When the car came in, my contact wanted me to come in right away, but I'm over 100 miles away and needed to prepare. So, I'm ready to come in to dealer, but then I'm told car needs software update that will require a day or 2. When I get there car still isn't ready. You can't even get a cup of coffee out of the dealer while you wait. But it finally came out nice & shiny. Take one star off the rating for not knowing the Supra needs a S/W update.

A general inspection just includes an oil change and visually inspecting the vehicle without topping off other vehicle liquids. They scalp you here by only completely cleaning out the systems and charging you more for it. All I asked for was a general inspection but had to wait another 10 minutes, as the person helping me typed in tons of other stuff, before my car was even inspected, yet. To change out all your vehicle liquids, rotating tires, and cleaning filters, it would cost over $1,700. I bought my vehicle here back in 2014, but I won’t be going back, except for maybe an oil change. They’re taking advantage of the rise in prices more than they should, as far as I’m concerned. I plan on taking classes to service my own vehicle, since it would cost me only $250 to learn to service my vehicle, myself.

I had to write you this evening to tell you about the excellent service we have been fortunate to experience at your dealership. As you are now aware, I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4-Prime XSE almost exactly one year ago. I had such a good experience purchasing that car, I came back to your dealership last week to purchase a 2022 RAV4-Prime XSE from the same salesman. I was having some problems with sensors that didn’t seem to be working. I wrote an email to your service department and Michelle called me this morning. She listened to my concerns and said I should check out my car to see if I did have the sensors on my bumpers and if I didn’t see the round black spots that my car did not come equipped with them. After inspecting my car, I realized I did not have the sensors. I then wrote to you and Nicholas and told you how disappointed we were and what could be done. Less than 30 minutes after I wrote the email, you had directed your General Sales Manager, James, to call me. The first thing he said was that if I was unhappy with the car purchase, he would take the car back. He then went on to explain that what I was looking for was the Premium Package and listed all the things in it and told me the cost of the package. He further said that all the RAV4 Primes coming in were spoken for and none had the Premium Package, but he would be glad to put me on a waiting list for one. He gave me all day to make up our minds if we wanted to return the car. Speaking with my wife during the day, we had several questions come up. I called James back several times and he answered my questions very patiently. About 6PM I called him again and said that we would like to come up to talk with him in person to get further clarification on a couple of the technical items. He said he would have Albert Barraza assist us. We met Albert at 7:30 and he spent almost an hour with us answering our questions, sitting in our car with us and going through and adjusting all the technical areas we had questions on. He was fantastic! He certainly assisted us in our decision to keep the car. Another person that needs to be recognized is the Credit Manager, Aaron, who assisted us in closing our deal. He was the best Credit Manager we have ever dealt with. Lastly, Albert had Mariano Miranda correct the error of someone installing two paper plates in the back of our car and no paper plates in the front. Mariano with a big smile on his face, jumped in to take care of that problem. You should feel very proud to have such talented employees working for you. My experience at Auto Nation was great. Sale man Efraín was awesome. Purchased my son’s first car. Only thing I didn’t like that 10 days after I purchased my car detailed pointed out that the car has been previously painted and had lots of imperfections that I missed. The car fax didn’t have that info. Nor did they mentioned it to me.

I've had my Lexus RX 350 for 4 weeks now, and am absolutely thrilled with it. Salesman Calvin Kalonda was extremely helpful, and understood how serious of a decision this was for me. He did not pressure or push me, but rather served as an advisor throughout the entire process. My previous car was a Corolla from AutoNation Buena Park, and I knew I was sticking with an AutoNation Toyota dealership. I only serviced that Corolla at the dealership, and plan to do the same with my RX 350. I'm thankful to Calvin and management for treating me like family. Last Feb.5,2022, I bought a RAV 4 XLE Premium 2022. We finished signing in all papers work at almost 8 pm. Two days after at early morning a dash board notification popped up saying malfunction headlights system, pre collision system malfunction, LTA malfunction. I went to Toyota service center and the the lady service advisor told me that they cannot repair something that is not showing on the dash board at that time even though I showed a pictures of the notification on my phone. She advised to leave the car over the weekend or come back when the malfunction signs appear again. In which I did the next day. Pedro another service advisor assisted me and told me that it was the camera and sensor that is not getting enough voltage and it will take a week or so for replacement. To make the story short I am driving a stinking loaner car a RAV 4 with 8000 miles with a 1/4 gas for 2 weeks with no guaranty when the parts will be arriving. This makes me wonder how the quality of Toyota became so vulnerable to this lack of human attention to details and quality controls. I spoke to a Service Manager, to check what options are available and was advised that only used car are allowed for exchange and even blamed me for the malfunction of the car. Toyota please don’t let your quality go down the drain. I hope your executive can have this same issues so you can pay attention to all details. Also I recommend double checking before buying new a car at Cerritos Toyota I felt so cheated on the safety of the vehicle and compromise the the safety of my family. Consider checking the customer feedback before buying! What do you think is the best compromise to regain my confidence with AutoNation Toyota Cerritos?

I went to purchase a vehicle on January 25, 2022. I worked with Christain Diaz, who sold me a 2007 Saturn ION and stated that the vehicle had gone through inspection and was ready to go. Upon financing the vehicle, I was told that I had five days or 250 miles to take the vehicle back if I no longer wanted it. Upon driving the vehicle off the lot, I got about 50 miles before the check engine light came on. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in to look at it. I had only been there for about 25 minutes when Christian and a mechanic came over and told me they had turned off the light and that it could be the catalytic converter and that I could get a used one from the junkyard. I explained to Christian that I financed the vehicle through Toyota and would like them to fix it. Christian continued to tell me that I had purchased an "as is" vehicle and that I would be responsible for fixing it. This has caused nothing but headaches when I asked to speak to a manager and was told that James Yates, who was the General Sales Manager, would call me and never did. My son called and left a message for the General Manager, Kevin, to call us back, but he never did. I just want my vehicle fixed with no money out of my pocket and to make sure that it gets a full inspection so I know that there are no other issues. I'm paying almost $7,000 for a vehicle that I only had for 2 weeks and am being told I need to pay for repairs when I took it back within 3 days!?! I am beyond frustrated with Autonation Toyota Cerritos and want them to do the right thing and fix my car! Let's see if someone actually takes responsibility and calls me to resolve this matter.

The service department is really good. I have had two different service managers over the last dozen or so years and both have been really good. They understand what cars need when you mention a problem and get if fixed. They tell me how long the service should take and are pretty close in thier estimates. I have had NO service complaints with Cerritos Toyota.

So back in may, after looking for the car i wanted for a couple months, one finally popped up at this particular dealership. We were unfamiliar with the “haggle free” process but nonetheless we still got the vehicle for what i believe still was a good price. Walking in everything was fine, i was promised my car would be waiting for me to test drive but when i arrived it was parked in the lot between two cars still dirty, no big deal, they got it out for my test drive right away. We met with the initial sales women, Samila, who walked me and my father to her desk, and she was honestly the best part of the experience. Super kind, super helpful, and made sure everything was transparent to me. We got everything squared away with her and we were introduced to the finance women who i believes name was Kristen, hard to miss her since she stated she was the only female who worked in finance at the time i went to get my vehicle. I let her know i was already PRE APPROVED through my credit union with most likely a better rate than she could offer me at 1.7%. She stated she was going to see if she could get me a better rate with one of their lenders to which i objected. No big deal. We went into her office and started the paperwork process, she then offered us all the ins and out of vehicle protection and so forth, but being pre approved for a certain amount i could not go over my loan and she said she understood she had a “special package” for me with reduced prices on what she thought i might want, which is completely fine, i understand it’s her job to add protection as they sell cars and she might get commission, who knows. No big deal. Now she was nice, until i rejected her proposals. I told her i only wanted GAP but she stated i could not get GAP coverage unless i also got Theft coverage totaling out to over $2000 dollars more on my loan. I rejected her proposal. This is when things went completely bad. Her entire mood changed and THEN all she wanted to do is get the paperwork done once she knew she didn’t have a sale with us. She became rude and standoffish, no more cool conversations, no more smiles. Whatever, i just wanted the car. So we left the dealership finally. Mind you being pre approved i should have been in and out in a couple hours maximum. It was almost 6 hours before i finally got out of their. It did not end here. The following day i turned in my paperwork to my credit union, since i was going through them they would take care of everything after that for me, great. 2 days after i turned in the paperwork i get a call from a random number while I’m at work. It’s Kristen the finance women, she called to let me know they still hadn’t got the check for the car from my credit union and THREATENED me in the nastiest attitude voice that if she didn’t get the check by the next day i would have to go under their rate and their lender or turn the car in. Mind you my credit union let me know they were one day shipping the check. I immediately called the union and let them know the situation, they let me know the check was DELIVERED the previous day and sent me an email with the delivery transcript stating it was dropped off with the person at front desk. I contacted the dealership again and asked for kristen since she wasn’t answering from the number she called from and they let me know she WASNT EVEN IN that day, so she called me to threaten me on her day off???? The next day i was contacted by another finance team member and i turned them to my credit union and they got it squared away. Turns out who ever got the check that day DIDNT turn it in to their head finance advisor or who ever is in charge and they magically found it on his desk in a pile of papers a few hours later. Thanks for the stress. I feel i was threatened and harassed by a member of this dealerships team just because i opted not to cover my car through them. Kristen also “Shotgunned” my credit, running it through 6 or 7 different lenders, ruining my credit with each inquiry she made even though i told her i was PRE APPROVED and didn’t want to go through their lenders. Unprofessional. Calling me on her day off? To make threats? ALSO, i got GAP including theft through my credit union for ONLY $375. Whatever the case me be with her, i will not ever be recommending this dealership due to the later half of my experience. Thank you samila for being the best part of my experience and helping me with my vehicle.

Came in to check a noise in the rear suspension, could not duplicate, were their last words. They did a 5 month period maintenance/tune-up, but not sure if what they wrote is what they did. They did not top of the fluids, and worse, the oil was at the bottom of the dipstick. Had to fill to the correct amount. Never said or explain what was done.

I went in for a scheduled oil change and 10,000 mile check. I waited for my vehicle and it was finished within the time frame given. The price for services was given prior to work and was appropriate per the initial contract. All service employees were above satisfactory and the car runner was exceptional.

So I had a deal in place today to purchase a car at MSRP. Granted the car is in demand, but was told 3x that I would be able to purchase it for MSRP. Long story I get a call from Victor Salazar who tells me that he has a higher bidder, but if I want to buy the car I have to pay $2K more than what we already agreed on. I guess his boss Victoria Bayer put him up to do this so I can panic and rush over there to make sure Vic gets an extra commission. I will never purchase a vehicle from Cerritos ever again. I leased a truck from them also. That didn’t go very well either. Penske or Longo Toyota is the way to go.

BUYER BEWARE: HORRIBLE LYING EMPLOYEES WHO DO EVERYTHING DO DECEIVE YOU! I purchased a car, cash, which should be an easy in and out. I had the car shipped to my house, only to find key scratches all over the car. I waited a month to get the title, and they let me know that it would take 6-8 weeks because they didn't have clean title from the previous owner. I asked them if that's normal for a dealership to not have title when they sell the car. Then when I wanted to return they car because of the scratches and title issues, they said it was my responsibility to pay for shipping back! xxx! After threatening them with a law suit, they finally gave me all of my $$ back and paid for my shipping. The biggest hassle just to get ANYBODY to take responsibility and get back with me. I called numerous times asking for the general manager-- nothing. Kevin, that general manager, finally email me from a templated email asking if I had any issues. HA HA. I told me this was the worst dealership and company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS LYING COMPANY!

2nd time dealing with this dealership. Last time was a purchase and this time was an appointment to sell the same van I purchased from them. They matched the same experience which was again, beyond disappointing. Why set appointments and have people show up when you have the laziest and least helpful people on the planet standing outside. Here is what happens when a customer shows up for an appointment and mentions the persons name they are supposed to meet with. The sales folks swarm on you until they realize you have an appointment then they act like you're bothering them. Next after figuring out who you need to meet they argue about who's going to get inside and let the person know. One of them will nod and head back inside, presumably to alert the person who booked the appt that you're outside. WRONG, they come back outside after you stand there for a while and act like the conversation never took place. Finally they tell you nope, you actually need to go find the person and he's somewhere in the back. Same experience last time... These guys could care less about whatever brings you to the dealership if you're not a new customer. I guess there are no inventory issues hurting used car sales at autonation in cerritos and they must have wayyyy to much inventory.

With Covid-19 being so prevelent it wasn't a concern to them. Would never go back there for anything. They don't care. Don't even return phone calls. Haven't been here for a long while for several reasons but this time they offered a oil change with incentives that was too good to bypass. There was a choice of a free cabin air filter or air filter replacement by the service tech and he chose the cabin air filter but after checking the air filter he left the clips OFF. Do I need to explain the IMPORTANCE of this seemingly minor negligent act??? It's not minor and it is negligent. After a week I went to change the air filter and that's when I noticed this. Called Armando the service tech and left a message but he never returned the call. I got a google reply but haven't called them to see what they have to offer to make this up.

I had reserved the car and when we got to the dealer, the car was out for service on the bumped and i had to wait another week for it to come back. Manager Kent promised that the car would be ready for pick up 11 am that day and it wasn?t ready until around 12-1. Syed made the purchase relatively painless and his customer service and knowledge has truly made this whole ordeal worth it. Shout out to Syed! But the rest of the process before we teamed up with him was such a burden

Took my rav4 for recall service, i was treated fine by the rep , unfortunately the mechanics left something out off place and my gas level indicator was wrong,i had to use a rental car for a day. Now I hope everything will be okay and won't come back.

I’ve been looking for a car for about 1 year now! I’ve walked out of every dealership either they didn’t have the car that I wanted OR service was bad too pushy etc, to where I didn’t care to look into other cars. Due to covid I was about 2 hours away ( working from a different city), but because I live close to Cerritos I decided to drive back out to check out the cars here. Henry Rodriguez was super helpful and made me feel comfortable. I FINALLY have a car !! and plan to get my maintenance done here! I’m happy with My first car purchase ! Thank you!

Went to get a part checked on my car. The person said they had to order the part and should be there in a few days. Four days later I still did not receive a call back. I called asking for the person and the receptionist said he is not available and the parts dept. was not answering so I could not get an answer if the part was in yet. Over a week later after that STILL NO CALL. I called again and the person said it was in. When I told them what happened she said “well it is in now”. To top it off I have to wait four more days for the next available appt.

I attend for the 10k miles services to this location because the first location who performed the 5k service removed the air tire caps and didn't put back 3 out of 4 caps, not a big deal but at the same time concerning because it's something anyone can see it, the concerning part is what you can not see. At this location, they delivered to me the vehicicle but realized the they didn't stick the next oil change label, I reported and they not only fail to stick the label but also they didn't program the computer car to receive the next service notification, they guy did that in front of me, once again not a big deal but those simple things make doubt about the quality service I expected, specially when I purchased I toyota care package that cost me and arm and leg. Please have this honest review in consideration so you can well train your team, because it's very disappointment. Also if helps, the car wash pass you provide at the end of the service, the big penny car wash, they provide a lousy service, I really whish not to take this pass, when said you're going from toyota they basically treat you like xxxx, which is not the best experience you may expect.

Took my car to have it serviced (oil change) with a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am. 4 hours later, still was waiting with no update and the service hadn’t been completed. We had to call multiple times to get the service associate to even call us back, even after leaving messages. It took over 5 hours for an oil change!

Covid19 protocols were relaxed and in some cases not followed by dealer staff. I felt the staff were too pushy about coming to the dealer for non-essential , unnecessary service driven by dealer financial profits instead of client safety. As it turned the service performed could have waited until less restrictive public health pandemic guidelines were in place. My visit to the dealer was because of repeated calls by dealer staff and a waste of time.

Avoid these guys. I bought a car with the State's Clean Vehicle Assistant program 6 weeks ago. The way this works is that the state pays $5000 towards the purchase of a full electric vehicle after an approval process (I had all the paperwork) and you pay the rest. The dealer keeps the vehicle until the payment from the state comes in. The finance manager said this usually takes 10-14 days. The sales guy said he would be in touch and provide updates once a week or so. That is the last I ever heard from them. After about a month I started emailing and calling to find out what is going on and their tone had changed to a "don't call us, we'll call you" routine. Yesterday, I receive a check for a (small) part of what I paid with the check stating for unraveling deal #xyz. No explanation, no letter, no phone call. I get it that the state's programs may not work as usual during Covid times, but the least I would expect is for them to let the customer know and reimburse all the money without me having to get on their case.

I made my appointment over the phone to have my 2006 landcruiser for oil change. I specifically mentioned and clarified 3x to use synthetic oil and use an oem filter. When i got there on my appointment, it was listed as conventional. So i clarified again with JAiro(service writer) to use synthentic oil. I asked what kind of oil they use he said mobil i said ok. I brought my own OEM toyota oil filter and washer that i bought from them too so they can use it because they dont use OEM filter. When i have to pay they are charging me for the oil filter, washer. So they adjusted the price. But when i look at the receipt is says synthetic PROLINE brand instead of mobil1. Unfortuntely i dont see any transparency and honesty here. This is my 2nd time i brought my landcruiser with this dealership i dont see any changes. Good luck to you customers.

Rene and the dealership delivered the truck in about a week where another huge volume dealer that I had left a deposit with a month earlier told me 4 or 5 months.

I just got a brand new car and i took it in to get serviced first they over charged me for just an oil change. Then they rotated my tires but no one noticed i had one smaller tire so the car wasnt driving right. They put the wrong tire pressure on all wheels, i had to go to a small shop to get my car fixed the right way after they charged me over 150 to get a car back that was worse then when i took it in. How mechanics get literally every step wrong is beyond me.

He put up with me and my wife for two days, as we really needed to determine the best vehicle for our needs. He helped us look at small to large vehicles until we settled on a new RAV4 XLE. He got us this excellent car with the right color exterior and interior and we are so pleased. It has all the amenities we need, and then some! This was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience working with AutoNation Toyota. After researching buying guides on reddit, I ended up using TrueCar and contacting around 16 dealerships in the area for a Prius Prime XLE in black. Danny, from online sales at AutoNation Toyota was super responsive especially compared to the other dealerships. He helped me understand the breakdown of each line item so I can look at the out the door price and was extremely informative, personable and patient while doing so. I was very happy with the price we were able to work out, and how quick and painless the entire process was. I'm the type to get nervous so pushy sales people are very intimidating to me and I'm very happy to say there was none of that here! After working with Danny for sales, I finished up with Erick to go over the financing. It was again super easy and he was also amazing to work with. He didn't try to aggressively up-sell me but still thoroughly explained to me my options. Overall Great personalities, great price, quick and easy experience.

I received a phone call twice a week for the past 2 months to schedule a recall for my Sienna and when I finally did, they didn’t have the courtesy to put back the kid’s car seats or bother to finish up putting the car back together. Always remember to inspect their work and ask them if they need help removing any car seats since they don’t have time for these kind of details.

After receiving weekly calls to schedule a recall for my Sienna, I finally took it in for servicing. They forgot to finish putting the window control module back into the side door and left my kid's car seats on the floor. I wish they take the time to finish the recall properly and put back the items in the car the way they found it, or at least let me know when I drop off the vehicle so i can remove them myself.

We recommend working with Jason Nguyen. His honest, customer service based approach to the business of used car sales was refreshing. After a truck that I initially wasn't as interested in, went through detailing, inspection and service, he saw it come back on the front line, and thought of us. It turns out it's a great truck for our family, both in terms of practicality, and our budget. During our test drive it was Jason who brought up the alignment on the truck, that was only slightly pulling to the right. He made sure it went back through service again before we received the vehicle. He honestly cared about the safety of our teenage boys, who will be driving the truck, as well as I. It was used and 13+ years old so there were some recommendations made, and I followed through. He had great information about seat covers that now, after I purchased and installed them, make the car look like it has brand new, stock installed leather seats. It is a stock Tacoma, so technologically it needed a little bit of bringing up to speed. Jason made recommendations about an alarm and where to go to get a Bluetooth FM receiver, so that our boys would have the ability call us from the car, and do so hands-free. They also can play their own music from their phones, which they appreciated big time. Thanks, Jason!

The vehicle was advertised as a Toyota Certified vehicle but at the time of purchase they told us it was an AutoNation Certified vehicle which meant that instead of a one year warranty it only has 3 months. When we brought it to their attention they indicated that it was an error on their website but that they couldn’t honor it. They did offer to sell us an extended warranty which was very expensive. Their sales person and manager were very pleasant but this issue did have a negative impact on our experience at this dealer.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Customer Service is terrible. Sales team is terrible. Finance team is terrible. Read the reviews with 1/2 stars. This dealership is filled with Managers and reps who don't care about your concerns. They will lie to get you to purchase a vehicle and then change the deal without informing you. They will mess up your paperwork and blame it on you. They will do and say whatever they need to get you through the door. I have been in contact with the dealer for over 2 months and I continue to get the run around. This dealership owes me (and apparently many others) money for a payoff they failed to take care of like they said they would. I am now working with my lawyer and the BBB to ensure no other customer is treated the way I was.

Dishonest sales person, high price without discount. Before sale they told you the vehicle have everything. After you sign all documents and ready to pickup the vehicle, they told you because you want it cheaper price, they sale you a lower trim vehicle without some equipments, like floor mats, key gloves, trunk open kick sensor, moon roof ..... also the finance person told me that if I didn’t buy their maintenance package and do the service in other places or dealership will void my vehicle’s warranty which I first hear.

Our representative Roger is not attentive with his work. We agreed about changing the battery to a new one and the price. We were asked to wait at the waiting area, we waited for 20-30 minutes no update so my husband went to his area/counter and found out that nothing has been started so when I followed told me oh I need your permission if you agreed with everything we were disappointed ted and told him that we already spoke about this, agreed and signed the paper and you gave me a copy and there was no apology for the unprofessionalism. My husband commented so it is useless to set an appointment with Toyota.

AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, CA sold me a VW and promised to get the second ignition key that they claimed was missing. An apparent miscue on their part as they would have to pay $325 to produce the promised key (VW dealers quote that price). And rather than correct their miscue, they have chosen to walk away. Thus AutoNation's understanding of the industry they are working among is not up to par.

I used to drive Honda HRV 2017 and never had any mechanical problem thought of buying it instead. But then I saw the newest model of the 2020 RAV 4, felt in love with the design. So, I decided to get one on 9/27. It took 5 hours to get me on the road (it was a long wait/process) though the personnel were very attentive and accommodating. For a month, my drive to and from work were ok, not as smooth as I expected. I felt that it's a little noisy and bumpy, not sure it just my imagination; I drive only 7 min to work. Then, on 10/29 the car won't start. I called the road assistance for help. First, I tried their online appointment system it was not as friendly using the cellphone. So, I ended up calling for help. It was soooo frustrating, I was already late for work; lady just took her time to book the road assistance. She was pleasant but there was no sense of urgency and the questions were not relevant. Then, finally the guy came to jump start the car, he was sharp and quick. I asked him what happened. He said that the battery just went dead and added that I'm the third customers with the same issue. He advised me to bring the car to the dealer for service. So I thought not now, I have meeting coming up; maybe this weekend not knowing what will happen the next day. But then the next morning it happened again and this time the booking for road assistance was quick but the guy came after an hour of wait. Again, it was so frustrated to go the same process. And while waiting I called the dealer for service. After the car was jump started I drove straight to Cerritos dealer and had it service. The lady said it will take 2 hours to complete the service, I can stay or take the shuttle ride to selected destinations. But I work in Santa Fe Springs and nobody can pick me up. I asked for loaner and she said there was none. So I waited until it was done around 1pm. That's the whole experience only a month after buying the new 2020 RAV 4. The problem was not just the unit itself, it's everything from the long wait on the purchase date, road assistance system (no sense of urgency) and finally, the car issue. Very disappointed. Should I recommend the dealer? Maybe, I like the people that processed my papers. Should I recommend the RAV 4, not sure. Something wrong with it. Every morning, I had this feeling it will happen again. As for the Road Assistance system, they need to check it out; it needs to improve.

We went in and test drove a car. Let Nicholas know something was wrong with it, it was very minor but nonetheless should have done something about it. He stated with it being a CPO vehicle it can be fixed. They then told us nope we can?t finance you because you are from out of state. OK. Went on with our vacation. Next day, get a call from our sales person saying they approved us with one interest rate. We said , great we will come down. We get there and start signing papers and they come back with a much higher interest rate. Ok, payment is still ok so we ended up purchasing vehicle. Soon after driving it home (250 miles) we started to notice one thing after another. We were told there was a 100 point inspection done on the vehicle before we left. Whole dashboard does not work, can not change the climate temperature, can not change stations on the radio, door is still not working correctly, makes knocking noise when idling and steering shakes when driving. When you buy a $30K car you shouldn?t have to worry about any of this 3 weeks after you purchase the car. Have tried calling multiple times to address the concerns and every time I call, I get the run around and transferred to a voicemail.

My husband and I had been looking for a used 2019 Prius to replace my very old Prius that had 160,000 miles. Our trip to Autonation Toyota in Cerritos this month of October was very fortunate for us. The best part of it was working with salesman Bijan Khounani, a jewel of a salesman. He found us the perfect car, a 2019 Prius LE, he answered every question we had, and he worked hard to get us a very good price for the car we wanted and for turning in my old car. To sum it up, he was business-like, but fun to work with. He and my husband excitedly talked about the recent Lakers? basketball game they had watched. We needed a second key and he worked to get us a good price on that. We have already told some of our friends about Antonation Toyota and will continue to do so. And, we will certainly tell them about Bijan.

The Overall experience was GREAT. I located the car on Cars.com and e-mailed the contact. a short time later they contacted me and I arranged to see the car. A pleasant car shopping experience when I arrived to look and test drive. The staff were very helpful and no pressure at any time.. What I love about this place is that you can schedule your appointment online (or via phone) in advance. They offer shuttle or a nice waiting area. They used to have coffee, now due to COVID it is not available any more. Customer service is very good, prompt and efficient. I am not a car pro, so usually they explain things to me in a way I can understand and make decision basing upon that.

They kept my car for one whole week and didn’t even offer a loaner. I initially got an apt and dropped It off 7/7/20 at 8:40 AM and took in my 2019 Toyota Camry SE that I bought there like a few months ago (btw Daniel from the sales department is great, I’m happy with the sales department). I went back home & they said they’d call me 3-4 hours once it’s diagnosed. I don’t like to be that Karen who is always on top of people so I waited 5 hours and I called to ask for an update. I couldn’t reach Bianca, the person that was assisting me. So another person checked the system and told me they were still working on it. I waited another hour. Tried calling again and I couldn’t get ahold of the person who was taking care of my car. I ended up having to ask for a ride to get to them to get another update. At this point 6 hours had passed. They ended up telling me that there was a bunch of sand on top of the motor and was asked if I replaced the bumper in an accusing tone. She then proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t cover anything that I did to cause damage on the car. I got the car about 2 months ago. I’ve just driven it home and to work on pavement. I’m pretty darn pissed off that after just 2 months of having the car with 10k miles only on it and I’m having problems already on top of that get sort of accused of doing something to MY car and basically tell me that they won’t be liable for any damage caused. Btw I’m paying auto nation insurance & warranty for service and maintenance . Not only that but they couldn’t even pinpoint the diagnosis and basically told me that I had to leave it over night. Basically they didn’t even look at it and I’m thinking it’s because I have warranty with them. Let’s see what they say tomorrow once they actually diagnose it. Maybe then I’ll change my review. Update: Last thing we were told 2 days ago was that it might be the fuel pump so they would change that and see if that can fix the possible issue and nothing has gotten fixed and I still don’t have a proper diagnosis it’s 7/10/20. There’s a lack of communication and it seems like THEY BLOCKED MY BOYFRIEND’S NUMBER since he has been trying to contact Bianca. I kinda figured because I called through my phone and a desk representative answered right away and took a message for me to give to Bianca. When my boyfriend calls from his phone every time it goes to voicemail. NOBODY WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON THE CAR. My boyfriend has been the one who has had to call in order to get an update on our car. & even so there’s not really any progress with the car. They are just horrible and a total nightmare. We are car less and still have to go to work and they don’t even communicate anything. We are lost completely lost as to what’s going on and what we should do. We will probably just pick up our car tomorrow and take it to another Toyota Auto Nation dealer because Toyota Cerritos service department is a total nightmare. End of story: IT WAS A RECALL THAT THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT! It was the fuel pump and they got “back ordered” and they kept the car for one full week. Never offered a loaner. I missed work twice because they would never answer the phone or call. When I asked for a loaner they put me on a waiting list. Just don’t get your service here.

I visited the auto service location for the first time yesterday and I didn't know where to go. Multiple employees passed me by and didn't ask me if I needed help. Finally I was able to flag somebody down that ended up helping me. I dropped off the car at 10am and I was promised my car at 1:30 pm and was told I would get a call. Nobody called me to give me an update or status on my car. I went back to pick it up at 4pm and my car was still not ready. I had to wait 30 more minutes before I got it back. I understand the place is busy, but a call with an update would have been appreciated.

I had an expensive maintenance service at your center on June 29, 2020. I have been going to your center for 15 years and I have always followed the recommendations your staff suggests to be able to maintain my car in good condition When I got my car back and started driving home, I noticed all my windows are open. This is the first time that I got my car back with the windows open. I tried to close all of them but the left back window will not close and it appeared crooked. I drove back to the service center and told them what I noticed, they looked at my paperwork and called Carlos Lopez who assisted me earlier. He did not come out to see me or assess my new situation. Another one of the staff there looked at my window. We both noticed something blue, like a piece of gum is stucked there but he said it's part of the structure. He then said that it might be the regulator and that to fully assess this, they have to take the door to inspect it further. I told him, I do not have time for this, I was in your center from 0900 till 1300. I have other things to do for the day and I have to work the next, which is yesterday. Still, Carlos Lopez did not come out to help, when your staff there told me, that it is supposed to be him to help me with this. I have gone to another car shop and made an appointment to get my car fixed. Up until then, my back left window can be pulled up and down manually. This is now a safety issue as my car can be broken in anytime now. I have spent around 830 dollars for my visit yesterday, and the next appointment is going to cost me again. Again, I have been going to Toyota for 15 years for my maintenance and repairs. Nothing needed to be repaired in my car at the time of my visit, i just came for maintenance service. After yesterday, I will not be coming back, I plan to buy another car soon and I for sure, will not buy a Toyota anymore. I am but one customer only, and my business probably does not mater to any of you (as exhibited by Mr Carlos Lopez yesterday) but I do deserve some form of courtesy for the 15 years that i have supported your business. I would also like to point out that my windows were working fine prior to my visit yesterday and again, this is the first time, that I received my car back with all the windows open. I have chatted with a customer service representative yesterday on your website, it was Ms Olivia S that chatted with. I told her my concerns and all I got was this was being forwarded to your customer service. And so yesterday, I got 2 emails, 1 for thanking for my business and asking for a review, and 1 asking for my next appointment. And while all these are automated responses, I still expected a little bit more courtesy, respect and humanity, rather than an automated response.

We purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander XLE SUV. The SUV was missing car floor mats. We were promised that we will get the car floor mats sent to our house via mail. Henry Rodriguez, Fleet Internet Advisor (Sales Person) said that he will be ordering it and have it express mail to my house. I have contacted him several times via email and phone. He mentioned that he will look into it and get back to me. I have never received any update status. I also called AutoNation Toyota Cerritos to ask to speak to a manager. The person who took my phone calls would take my name and phone number and let me know that a manager will get back to me. I have not received any response or phone calls back from the manager to resolve this issue. I purchased the vehicle on Friday, January 17, 2020. It has been well over five months and I haven't received the car floor mats. This is really poor customer service and this problem is so small. Instead of getting a bad review, all they need to do to resolve this problem in a quick and professional manner is to order the car floor mats and get them sent as soon as possible. They are very nice and professional to you when you are buying the car. Henry was very efficient and quick to respond back to my emails as I was negotiating to buy the new vehicle. However, after you drive off with the new car, they ignore any problems that come up. Even the finance department is nice because they quickly want you to sign and get your down payment. Be very cautious if you purchase a car from Autonation Toyota Cerritos! Make sure that there is nothing missing from the car package list before you drive out of this car dealership! I will not be purchasing any future cars from this place ever again!

I just went for an oil change and tire rotation but I was presented with 3 options and each option was over $2,000. I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hours and did not received any texts giving me updates. No water bottles were offered in the lounge. At Cashier's desk, they made me sign with a pen on a string which everyone uses and they had no hand sanitizer anywhere to clean my hands after signing. No one was outside to bring me my car, I had to go chase a worker so he can get someone to help me. No one sanitized the door handle before I got in my car and I can go on with many other concerns. We are going through a pandemic and I would expect more sanitation and better customer service at any car dealership, as advertised but I did not see it at Toyota Auto Nation.

It was a mixed experience buying our new Toyota Camry hybrid. They brought the car in the color I wanted from another dealership but due to miscommunication between us and the sales manager we couldn?t strike a deal on the first day. However we were called again by them two days later and we were able to come to a price agreeable by both parties. Rudy helped us out the most. He listened, and worked hard for us. I bought a 2017 Prius. I should have inspected the door welds. It was a lease turn in from that dealership. They prepped it and gave me a car fax showing it hadn’t been in an accident. Well it had. The door was inspected by the same dealers collision repair and they told me it had been in an accident and that you could tell by the broken rusty weld on the inner door. It would cost me $2400 to repair. Their leased turn in. They inspected it upon turn in. They sold it without telling me of the defect. Their collision repair shop verified the damage that occurred before I bought it. Their warranty will not cover it. Wow

Eduardo was absolutely aweful. He cancelled our meeting on Tuesday at 10am with no notice. He said he had an emergency. He also withdrew the offer he made us, stating the car he quoted and was supposed to have us drive, was sold on Sunday. If that was true, he could have told us that on Monday. We were on the road to meet him when he cancelled. Additionally, he said he could not provide a comparably equipped vehicle either at the price quoted. How bad does it get, especially when we bought our 2016 Camry from you guys. Never again, that's for sure.

I was actually really happy with my purchase until I found out that the dealership didn't have the title to my car (by a police officer while getting pulled over). They did not tell me this beforehand! It's been 8 months since I've bought the car and I've received 4 temporary registrations (current one expired), I haven't received any follow up phone calls. Everytime I follow up, I have to go in person because they don't answer the phone. The finance manager has offered ZERO solutions and is very unhelpful. So much unnecessary stress, even financially, as my bank increased my interest rate and monthly payments since Toyota Cerritos never sent them the title. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would never do business with this company if it was the last xxxx dealership on the planet.

Brought car in on an oil consumption recall, common on thousands of Toyota engines. They said I must pay for a oil change first, I did. A few days later I looked under my car to discover that they didn't even change the oil filter...REALLY ? They even stripped the oil drain plug (pan) they wanted me to pay $750 to install a new one. I visited Toyota of Cerritos for a recall on my airbags. While I waited, I decide to use their shuttle services for a trip to the park. I fill out their shuttle form providing my name, phone number and address of the destination. A male then calls for me and two other customers and we all enter the shuttle. Since the park was down the street, just a couple min away, I am the first to be dropped off. 30min or so go by and I receive a call to my cellphone, it's the shuttle driver asking me if I need a ride back to the dealership.
